like what do you MEAN. Drake's behavior is well documented. hes BEEN "texting" underage girls and then suddenly, suspiciously, dating them later on when theyre legal. hes BEEN rapping out picking out girls to fuck in foreign countries, people talked about HS girls in his house. what do you mean if Kendrick is lying. what do you mean. do you literally not hear a single word a woman says? does Kendrick Lamar have to personally bring the documented proof, take Drake to court and walk him to jail himself for us to Really Know. hes been harrassing black women, not even secretly, THOSE ARE PUBLIC. does Kendrick Lamar need to hold your hand and walk you thru it. stupid spineless idiot.

what rly fucks with me abt taylor swift is that woman who died at her brazil concert's family never got any money from her or anyone involved and her fans just didn't give a shit!!

even more egregious is the fact that when a white fan fainted at an american concert taylor paid her medical bill and gave her free tickets to the vip section, but when a fan died DURING her concert in brazil all taylor did was essentially say "um actually she died before the concert. so sad </3" and refused to pay for anything. fellow concert goers were the ones who raised money to send her body back to her family and for funeral expenses. but sure taylor swift is a feminist icon and definitely not racist

hearing someone tell the same boring or only mildly interesting story more than twice is unbearable to me. it's like there are ants under my skin. i have to leave the room or if i can't i have to pull out every mental trick i have to distract myself and then vent later and I'm pretty sure it still shows in my body language despite my best efforts.

taylor swift is like someone who tells the same few mildly interesting stories over and over and over. her music isn't garbage or anything, but at the same time 90% of it is unbearable to me because every single she releases gets so much play, it gives me the same ants under my skin feeling and i often can't get away from it.

and it's not just her music, it's also the constant narrative around her. i was made to sit through a mini documentary about her relationship with travis kelce on espn, treating her like a saint doing a public service for bringing more customers to the multibillion dollar CTE league that is the biggest financial supporter of tackle football for children. (I am on record hating tackle football, the NFL, and its youth outreach long before this)

ever since the self-proclaimed activist happily accepted being named more influential on world events than any world leader and used the platform to talk about no world events or anything worthwhile, it's like the ants have become bullet ants whenever i hear this saint swift narrative repeated. we're even supposed to say "thank you mommy, may i have another" to the billionaire making millions on obscenely priced concerts that are supposedly "holding up the whole economy". i'm just never going to understand people who worship her (not just like her music) and dedicate their time to giving her unpaid promo and claim to care about things like genocide and the environment and wealth disparity.

anyway, that's why stuff bugs me. please tag everything that's related to taylor with "#taylor swift" so people's blacklists work properly. A LOT of y'all don't and it's giving ants!

I've not seen ppl as mad about people blogging about other fandoms or hell, TADC (no hate! just wrong place at wrong time) which was trending here on tumblr at the same time as kendrick.

why are you specifically singling out people talking about a real life black man who constantly incorporates discussions of political issues, discrimination, and history of racism into his art.

this whole drama is about drake, who profits and the image of being black while being severely disconnected from the culture and history. (this didnt feel like a good explanation, many others in the tag have talked about it please check that out)

like think to yourself why are you mad at people talking about specifically kendrick over other fanbases

It never should have sat right with us to have this dude go city to city and try on different cultures for money and clout and yet he did. It's not the rapping with other folks, it's the adoption of whole personas and accents that he didn't grow up with that's weird as fuck.
