My favourite idea in modern fantasy is potion candy.

For example in Bayonetta, alchemical recipes are turned into lollipops. They’re tastier, easier to carry around than bottles, and modern crafting techniques means they’re more potent than traditional potions.

A surprise visit

some people think writers are so eloquent and good with words, but the reality is that we can sit there with our fingers on the keyboard going, “what’s the word for non-sunlight lighting? Like, fake lighting?” and for ten minutes, all our brain will supply is “unofficial”, and we know that’s not the right word, but it’s the only word we can come up with…until finally it’s like our face got smashed into a brick wall and we remember the word we want is “artificial”.

The concept for my art was making him really a pirate, along with all the Crazy Diamonds. Daiya and Mondo would be the leaders of the Crazy Diamonds pirate crew, one of the biggest groups of the sea.

Kind of an AU but not exactly an AU, it was only for that Halloween ;)
