Finished a 27 hour fast so no movement

Tomorrow will be aiming for 20k steps ❤️

Not eating makes me happy

Losing weight makes me happy

Counting calories makes me happy

Burning off calories makes me happy

Being in control makes me happy

So I just worked it out and if I keep going the way I have been for the last 8 days il be at my goal weight by Christmas/new years 😌

If that isn't motivation for me to not slip up I don't know what is! ✨️
