~Twice and Toga are the most emotionally intelligent of the League. Tomura doesn't care about other people enough to look into how they feel. Compress might be on Toga and Twice's level of emotional intelligence, but Spinner is avoidant of how he feels internally. Dabi is a mix of Tomura and Spinner

~Dabi kept an eye on his family the whole time he was a villain, not for revenge purposes, but because some defective part of him (his words, not mine) still cared about them even though they let him suffer.

~I feel like this is a given, but the League is the first time any of the members felt like they had a family. They squabbled, picked on each other, and got into trouble together. Somehow, they were okay with going to jail or dying after all of it was over, because they met each other. None of them ever voice this thought, because the people they cared about left or hurt them. But they all cared, even when the others thought they didn't.

Shota Aizawa had always been a man of few words unless they were sarcastic, dry, or honest. It was just who he was as a person. He didn't see the point in mindless chatter. He hated listening to it

But that changed when he met you.

You became his teacher's assistant after the war because he had to accept a TA. Nezu said with his injuries, he couldn't continue work without a TA.

So, there was you. You were sweet with not only the students, but him, too.

Maybe it was just because he'd gone through so much trauma in the war, but the same sweetness he once hated became something he looked forward to every day. In the form of you.

It didn't take long for looking forward to seeing you to turn into something different. And while Shota made himself emotionally unavailable most of the time, he wasn't stupid. He knew he loved you.

He hid it with sarcastic remarks, dry quips, and his usual stoic demeanor. But it only seemed to make you sweeter. Your sweet tone calling out things to him like

"Rough day, Shota?" Or "Is your leg bothering you at all?" Or even "Let me rub your shoulders, you look tense."

He protested, but the second your gentle, soft hands touched his shoulders, he was done. As if he wasn't, you finished the massage and hugged him.

He felt secure in a way he never had before. And it was then that he realized he might be completely and utterly fucked. Because when you put your arms around him, it felt like home.

On one particularly rough day, Shota let you walk him to his apartment if only to have the sweetness he'd grown to love a little longer. You know, before he had to sit in complete silence and pretend everything was fine when it wasn't.

He didn't know what he expected. Maybe for you to leave him at the doorway with a simple wave, like any normal person.

But you didn't.

You hugged him.

And all the stress of the day melted off his shoulders.

And in that moment, his usual stoic demeanor dropped. He spoke four words, uncharacteristically soft.

"I don't hate you."

In retrospect, adopting a stray kitten probably wasn't your best idea. Your mother had warned you that strays sprayed on everything and clawed up furniture. That wasn't the problem you were having. No, your cat, Katsuki, was much worse. He tended to knock drinks over on important documents, claw you to death during bathtime, or run out of the house whenever it was convenient for him. He glared, growled, and patrolled the house to ensure nothing was off. When you got him, he was 4 months old, so it was very out of the ordinary. At first, you thought maybe he needed time to adjust to being an inside cat. But, oh, how wrong you were. Now, Katsuki was 7 months old and still a hellcat. Still, he had grown on you, and you wouldn't even consider getting rid of him. But you did decide that he needed brothers or sisters. When you went to the local shelter, you found two cats that you thought were perfect. One, red and white, with a pristinely kept coat, was named Shoto. He was heterochromatic and split perfectly down the middle. He was calm and quiet, so he wouldn't bother Katsuki. Shoto had been dropped off by a wealthy couple who thought the cat was too high maintenance for simply needing his coat brushed once a week. The second, Izuku, was timid, and your reason for getting him was admittedly because his story pulled on your heartstrings. He was 7 months old, the same as Katsuki. He'd been abused by his former family and was still one of the sweetest cats at the shelter. However, his curly coat required much attention, and he was very demanding regarding being petted. Naturally, nobody would take him because of his affectionate nature. So, you took both cats home. They were only fifty dollars apiece because they were both in line to be put down. Somehow, you thought that was crueler than the fact they were abused and neglected. The two cats were well-behaved on the way home in their respective carriers. Both were up to date on their shots, but neither were neutered. When you got home, Katsuki trotted up to the door, growling at the two carriers in your hand. "Now, Katsuki, be nice. These are your new brothers. They're good kitties, and they won't bother you."

Tomura Shigaraki who hates you at first. What good is a healing quirk, anyways? And you're too gutsy for somebody he could disintegrate in a second. Seriously, what was your problem

Tomura Shigaraki who comes back from a mission, promptly ignoring your offers to help, and heading to his room. And when you enter, he's snappy

"Don't you have any sense of privacy?" He asks rudely. You don't bother to glare at him or come up with anything snarky. He was injured, of course he was grumpier than usual

Tomura Shigaraki who realizes your quirk requires you to hold his hand, and tells you that if you touch him, he'll fire you on the spot. It's not like the League gets paid, so you don't care, and quickly grab his hand, starting to heal his injury

Tomura Shigaraki who can't stand the contact because of his past, and immediately tries to pull away, carefully keeping one finger off of your body.

Tomura Shigaraki who decides you're either really gutsy, really selfless, or really stupid for the way you just grabbed his hand like that without being scared of getting dusted. Possibly a mixture of the three.

Tomura Shigaraki who grumbles when you smile and say, "See? All better." He hates that the smile on your face tells him the answer to his question is that you're really selfless. People like you are better suited as heroes. So why are you with a group of villains

Tomura Shigaraki who, a week later, let you get drunk enough to spill your entire backstory, which was a tale as miserable as his own. How could people do that to someone so selfless? He hates it. It's then he realized that you're here because you wanted to find other people who didn't fit the mold, people who were also hurt. Who better than villains?

Tomura Shigaraki who carries you to bed in your drunken stupor, ignoring your drunken protests about, "No, Tomura, I'm saving myself for marriage," or your whines about "Tomura one more drink," and the utterly disgusting "Wow, Tomura, you're so strong," you gave him.
