What I love about Jimmy being out first every single time Is that it's not even that he is so bad at the game, he is just so fucking unlucky at all times. Like, the best example I can give is Last Life, where he spawned with two lives, which is in itself very unlucky, didn't gain any and still he died seconds before Mumbo who spawned with 4 and in the same ep as the others who had more lives than him. Like, he barely ever died in some epic battle where his PvP skills just weren't good enough, it's always some shit like falling from somewhere, traps not meant for him, accidently looking at an enderman. It's always a chance he dies first and the chance somehow is always against Jimmy. Like I know we love calling Jimmy bad at the game but for me it's much more interesting that his skills are genuinely not the main reason he dies first. Bad luck omen as well as death omen he's not fucking beating those allegations boys

A reminder that Glinda having either dyslexia/dysgraphia or a learning disability is canon in the Movieverse.

This is the same paper that we see her get back in this scene, in which we can see this was a large essay too.

There's nothing rushed to her handwriting, this was not an essay done at the last minute, and still, it shows several signs of a learning disability and/or dysgraphia.

Misspells her name in the second line

Wrong and inconsistent pronoun usage

Her margin spacing is consistent with someone who can't do proper syllable division

Immature transcription (see: writes her "um"s)

Limited vocabulary

Shows signs of: difficulty expressing ideas in writing, having a limited vocabulary, mispronouncing words or using a wrong word that sounds similar, and having trouble organizing what she wants to say. Those are all symptoms of a learning disability.

Less of a checklist sign, but her handwriting is very round and careful, while still not being consistently sized (see unfashionable). This and the margin sizes are very common in kids with bad dysgraphia who are made to take rigorous calligraphy courses to "fix the problem". Courses that work on the visual without remedying its underlying issues and causes. Form over content if you will.

Looking at this very blatant sign that she has a learning disability and immediately defaulting to calling her names (yes calling her stupid and saying Elphaba is a moronsexual for this counts), asking how she got into Shiz, or defending Dillamond in doing the very first thing teachers are told NOT to do with disabled students (re: calling attention to it in front of the entire class) is ableist!

You know, it’s cool to think of the Life SMPs as like. A trap or experiment or something else that means the players have no power. But personally I think it’s funnier to imagine it as like. A vacation resort. Like when Grian’s asking people to join he just wakes them up in the middle of the night like ‘aren’t you tired of being nice? Don’t you just wanna go apeshitt??” And everyone else just keeps coming back because it’s fun!! No one else gets it. Everyone who hasn’t gone to the life series is horrified. But the lifers are just like “ahaha yayyy time to go fucking insane everybody 👍”

There are five main ways to participate:

🖋️ As a Writer – Sign up to write a fic (10k+), submit a rough draft by the deadline, and polish it for the final posting.

🖌️ As an Artist – Get matched with a fic and create something inspired by it: art, videos, moodboards, edits, gifsets, anything visual!

Yes, you can sign up as both!

📝As a Beta Reader – Get matched with a fic writer that's requested help from an editor for their fic.

📣As a Cheerleader – Get matched with a fic writer or artist that needs some support during their creativity. Cheerleaders can also be promoters that shout from the western skies all about the amazing work the contributors put into their works.

As an Admin - May seem a bit boring, but every Fandom Event needs a dedicated group of people willing to make sure everything goes off without a hitch in the background.
