daily goals π
today marks the beginning of my fall break so iβd like to use this time to introduce some new healthy habits into my daily routine:
read for 30+ minutes daily
practice a language for 10+ minutes daily
workout for 30+ minutes daily
stay consistent with my skincare routine
eat healthy with the 80/20 rule
realistically, i know it will be difficult to complete all these goals on a daily basis, but working on a couple of them everyday will definitely make a difference in the long run.
