Hello! Could I ask for modern AU relationship headcanons of Armin with a s/o? Maybe also how they act with pda at school and other places? Thank you! ^^

When they go on their first few dates, he takes his s/o the movies nearly every time. I can totally imagine him being a huge fan of films (mainly analysing them) and would want to enjoy watching a few with the person he adores. He also loves places like the zoo and aquarium (especially the latter) and will likely want to visit a few times as well.

At school, he honestly isn’t too big on PDA, likely cause it’s against school rules and he’d be too nervous about ‘getting caught’ (even if there’s absolutely no one around). The furthest he’d go is a hug or holding hands and maybe the occasional chaste kiss on the cheek

Outside of school, however, he is super big on it, constantly holding their hand and kissing them chastely. He wouldn’t ever have a full-blown make out session with them in public, it would be too humiliating for him.

At the start of the relationship, he writes poems for and about his s/o but in the end, never lets them see them. They’re actually super cheesy and simple because he can’t do creative writing for shit (still, he tries). Later on he’d probably forget he ever wrote them but the day they find his stash is the day he dies.

They’re alway studying together when they get the chance. Even when his s/o doesn’t want to study and would rather mess around, he goes into some kind of weird trance that’s fun to try and break him out of because then he gets a little flustered and starts lecturing his partner on how they need to practice. This boy is big on academics and wants his s/o to succeed as much as him.

However, there are a few rare times his s/o has coaxed him into slacking off and they have movie nights instead.

Although he’d likely do things like the debate club, he may also try to join a few clubs that his s/o is in just to be around them.

He’s a tiny bit clingy but that’s likely just his nature. He honestly tries so hard to make his s/o happy in the beginning of the relationship but as time passes he realises he doesn’t need to be excessive and they’ll love him even if he doesn’t get them bouquet every time they go out on a date (he’d totally do something like that the first time and would 100% have Eren and Mikasa help pick out an outfit).

Speaking of those two, Armin would be around them almost constantly (they always hang out at each other’s houses) so his s/o would likely be forced to become friends with them as well (It’s a packaged deal).

His first kiss was likely initiated by his s/o, probably while they were having a study session and they did it to frazzle him. He may get a little peeved afterwards simply because he wouldn’t be able to focus on studying anymore but it would still be worth it. He’d cuddle his s/o for a while afterwards.

Oh, that’s another thing–he loves cuddling (mostly when he’d reading/chilling with his s/o). He likes being close to them and will have them lay atop of him while he reads or will let them play with his hair. He just likes them having his hands on them because it’s soothing.

Even if you dye your hair pink, he will still like it, he likes everything about you. He got sad when you told him that you never really fitted in because you’re too mature for your age, but he finds you more than perfect for him. Armin is shy as well when you first meet him. He loves your sweet personality and that you’re very reliable. When you opened up to him, he liked you even more! He loves you’re witty, sarcastic and blunt personality. Because of that you get him more out of his shell. The group thinks you two are perfect for each other

His friends are also the world to him and his family. Armin admires your love for your friends and thinks you will make great friends with Eren and Mikasa. He really wants to meet your friends and make his group of friends even bigger! He will sit you down and listen to you when you’re emotional to get everything of your chest. On the other hand, Armin wants to know how to be more calm and laid back and will ask you for any tips and tricks. Because you always have the right words to cheer your friends up, he will come to you for any advice and you indeed have the right words to cheer him up

Armin thinks there should be more people like you in this world. You’re like an angel, so sweet and kind. He’s suprised how you can put yourself in other people shoes so easily and help others. When he heard your amazing voice, he was convinced you’re an angel! You’re the love of his dreams and will do everything for you. Armin is very romantic and will spoil you in romance. He will read to you from you favorite romantic book. Armin flustered so hard when he found out that you’re actually very kinky, but will satisfy you in every single way

Armin finds you so talented. He absolutely loves your singing voice, like I said, the voice of an angel! He will ask you to act something and is very curious how you do it! Loves to read with you and loves to hear you read out loud. He wants to know your favorite books and will read them so can talk about the books and try new books. Wants to read everything you write and wants to know what your subject is. If you need help, he will help you in an instant!
