Fantasy stories should have more “what do you mean you don’t do X” things in compare and contrast of cultures. Like the differences between peoples aren’t the stuff they show off as “These Are Our Culture :)” things, fucking everyone has food and music and folk tales, but the things they’ve always assumed that everyone has, and are baffled to discover that they don’t.

The people who are always barefoot are baffled that humans don’t have a wash basin at their front door where people can wash their feet before stepping inside?? Do they just walk in with their dirty feet? The fuck do you mean you take your shoes off?

Humans don’t have small baby-sized spellbooks for toddlers who just learned to read, so they can safely learn to practice tiny cute and harmless, age-appropriate magic spells before progressing to more mature and demanding spells? What, do they just throw teenagers completely unprepared into the arcane - hold the fuck up, is that why human sorceror mortality is so fucking high?

Dwarves who have always wondered why the entrance to human residences is so fucking big, why do you need to take up such a large area for a door that’s just there to lead downstairs to the underground halls? Are the timber walls really as thick as a human is tall? What for? And once one of them gets invited to a human house to stay and rest, nobody ever fucking believes her: That’s not the entrance, that’s the whole fucking house. 100% of the human house is aboveground, there is no tunnel to the underground levels. They might have a single storage room down there, but the aboveground section is so fucking big because that’s the whole house.

Dani is hunted by the JL

So dani was traveling around the infinite realms and came across a universe that she and danny would LOVE

Their are super heros, and clones and wizards, and alians

Dani send danny the location of the universe with the caption:THE WORLD OF HEROS AND ALIANS WHICH WILL YOU MEET FIRST

Danny texted her back a voice massage of his screaming the word alians

So dani was exploring this new universe when she saw asshole.1 berating a teenager about how he's not fit for this life

The asshole.2 chimes in and AGREES with asshole.1, at this point the kid looks upset

and dani could understand teenagers in the superhero business is not the best(she asked) and sometimes tough love is what it takes so she was going to leave

Then she heard asshole.1 say" clones should just be terminated to save everyone problems like this"...

No...dani didnt hold back in teaching asshole.1 a lesson in clone rights via: trial by fist

But now 3 months later she decided to ask the assholes what they want and why they keep harassing her

She didnt expect a rant about how an unsupervised meta(and a clone asshole.1(whos name is superman WTF is super about him))

Then they all had a meeting about her IN front of her

The options ranged from finding her original to termination to imprisonment to forcing her to be a superhero

They eventually decided to make her a superhero in training...

These people are IDIOTS, if you dont trust her why put her WITH A TEAM, why not just let her leave, the most she did was get payback for the insensitive shit superman was saying but the sheer notion she was a clone was enough to FOECE her into a life she dosent want...

Oh hell no

So when the JL and clones in the background came up to tell her that they decided to give her a chance at "redemption"

She looked then in the eyes, smiled a too sharp smile said

Then she screamed

The next thing anyone knowes is the watchtower is in an unknown location with a person that looked scarily similar to the unknown clone

And then he said

Hero EMT/Field Medic Danny Au

Like maybe due to all his scraps and bumps as Phantom, Danny ends up getting EMT and Field Medic training or starts studying to be one. Cause hey this will be helpful later he just knows it. Plus he could go into medical engineering (or what ever the field is called that invents medical devices) with hi Fenton Mad Scientist smarts and hyoerfocusing on healing others instead of hunting Ghosts.

A few decades or centuries down the line, Danny is now ghost king and retired from Phantom. His advisors believe he needs a vacation. And ooh look what Clockwork found- a universe with heroes. So off he goes to DC universe.

Except, his core is demanding he help some way..but there are so many heroes. Perhaps instead of being a hero, he could help the heroes.

Que Danny slapping on domino mask, tying his hair back, grabbing his old modified Fenton field medic uniform and the Patented Fenton Medical Bag (which is like the Mary Poppins bag but for medical supplies). And h doesn't even bother going Ghost. He can use his powers in human form but he does so sparingly- like lifting a building off a trapped hero or civilian, icing a wound to stop the bleeding until h can get them some where safe and duplicating himself to help in disaster relief. Suddenly there are reports of a mysterious masked meta field medic showing up at big villain battles or the aftermath of another invasion and running disaster relief and helping civilian and hero alike. Many young heroes tell their mentors of a masked medic who helped patch them up. So on ad so forth.

Danny declared war

Its been years since danny took the throne and he's had enough

It started small like the GIW started shooting at the less aggressive ghosts, then it escalated to attacking non-fighting ghosts

6 months ago they started to focus more on capturing the ghosts then getting them away

3 months ago he discovered they were hunting for natural portals to the ghost zone

1 month ago he was able to locate the ghosts that were taken and being held

1 week ago he and other ghost made a rescue mission

And less than an hour ago danny watched what those...MONSTERS...they called HUMAN did to them...to HIS people

Theres alot he could do in this situation, he could call all the ghosts back, close all the portals, cut connections to the mortal world...

But he won't

His people never did anything wrong, and this is the last straw

The JL were in a panic

Things that looked like Lazarus pits started showing up all around the world, and creatures came out, they attacked government buildings and made as much damage they could

Then they took positions

Some were going back into the Lazarus pits carrying things and others stayed at the buildings

Others took off in different direction with no connection, they went to a place, sat down and appeared to be waiting

They sent members to deal with them, some to talk, some to fight and some to capture

All of them havent been heard off since

They were about to make a public statement when the biggest Lazarus pit so far appeared where all the press were waiting

It was covered in black armour with a glowing blade, and was followed by someone smaller than him, he had a green crown of flames, white hair and looked deathly pale

He called himself phantom,

Thats when everyone got an explanation

Phantom broadcasted footage of similar lookign creatures being vivisected, shot, burned, tourchered, and...people were doing it

It let everyone hear how the people though it was FUNNY, their pain their screams...everything

It lasted for 30 minutes of eveyone watching different videos of people expermenting and tourchering them

Then phantom spoke

Spoke of how his people have been hurt and hunted too long, told them the facility's have been distroyed, gesturing to the frozen and distroyed buildings, and how the GIW was a government founded division designed to hunt and experment on his kind

And he's had enough

He said he took the experimentation and capture of his people was a declaration of war between them

Batman was of the opinion that earth was fucked

They were now in a war THEY initiated with beings thay have no solid or reliable information of

Oh and over half the league that was dispatched is still missing

Seeing the gaggle of Wayne wards, Danny came to a conclusion that horrified him. He turned to his clone, tucked her arms to her side, threw her onto his shoulder, and booked it out of there.

"Danny," she squawked.

"Do you want to be adopted by a billionaire?"

Jazz gets a panicked call from her brothers friends one day out of the blue, saying that they were worried because danny hadnt come to school in a few days and he wouldn’t answer his phone and when they went over to see if he was just sick Maddie opened the door looking like she hadn’t slept in days saying that Danny was fine. Jazz comes home to find the house an utter mess and when she goes down to the lab she finds her baby brother strapped down to a metal table with stitches in his chest. She goes to untie him but is stopped her mother Maddie telling her to get away from the ghost. Jazz yells at her and Maddie gets a sad look in her eyes and says, “I guess it got to you like it did your father.” And she attacks Jazz. Jazz throws her off and in the scuffle knocks over all sorts of equipment, chemicals and even opens the portal, Jazz pushes Maddie into the Ghost Zone and closes the hatch doors behind her. When she finally unties her brother he latches onto her and hugs her for dear life, unfortunately the touching moment doesn’t last long because something in the lab started to mix and sizzle. In his last bit of consciousness Danny strains his powers to turn both him and Jazz intangible and fly them both out of there up to the street just as the lab exploded which brought the house with it, burning down their childhood home!

This is for ANOTHER fic idea I wanna write where basically Maddie went insane at the idea that her son had died and was “doing him a favor” and she becomes a batman villain! (Or if your not into DC x DP fics you can just ignore that part!)

And if it wasn’t clear Maddie killed Jack because he was also trying to untie Danny because he is a big dumb sweetheart and Maddie thought that Danny was controlling him.

The Elements that I consider make up the Primary Elements are Earth Wind Fire and Water. Typical right? Books taught these as the basics and it clicked with me that these were elements that i could interact with while I casted my magic. Fire from the candles, dirt from the garden, Water from the ocean, smoke from my favorite incense. This is why I consider them to be the Touchable Elements

-The Untouchables-

Secondary Elements are things that still interact with us but in a less tangible way. Time, Space, Light and Dark make up my second tier of elements. But Storm how can you even classify those as elements? It’s just Light and Dark, and i’m pretty sure Time/space is science NOT magic. But they are still there and they interact with us on the daily. Light for day, Light to help the plants grow, Darkness for rest, Darkness for solitude, Time for each moment you cherish, Time for every bitter-sweet memory, Space for where you vacation to, space for the cosmos and galaxies. They still don’t necessarily physically touch us, but they still interact with our lives and act as a bridge between The last group. Personally i think that the secondary elements are a mesh between both Primary and Tertiary elements.

Tertiary Elements:

-The Effectors- 

The easiest way to define these four elements is by the definition of Effect: a change that is a result or consequence of an action or other cause. The Elements i consider to be effectors are Luck, Fate, Order and Chaos.  “A Stroke of Luck” “A Twist of Fate”  “Put in Order” “Chaos and confusion” These elements are the ones that help shape and define our overall lives. Ever carry around a lucky pencil to try and boost your chances on that test you didn’t study for? That would fall under the Luck element. Do you ever just find that thing that just CLICKS with you and you feel extremely drawn to it? That would fall under Fate as it is subconsciously calling out to you. Chaos is spontaneous, Chaos is being able to make a spell from random things you find in your junk drawer. It doesn’t make sense why a post it note and a DD battery would make for a good charging station for your crystals but it’s what you’ve got and you make it work. Order is methodical, Order is waiting until 3 am on the night of the full moon to begin your Year and a Day in Witchcraft. Order is doing things the way they have always been done. So the effectors all play a part in shaping our lives both magically and mundane.
