what did you focus on when counting down from 100 to 0? (ex-breathing, numbers, etc.)
after the countdown, when you make the affirmation, where do you focus during this time: feeling the affirmation itself, or the darkness you see when you close your eyes?
I'm sorry if this is a bit of a rambling question. I keep trying, but I'm stuck at this point…
I focus on the darkness before my eyes but you do what makes you comfortable
Congratulations! Did you listen to the sub overnight or during the day? How many hours?
I listened to it once before going to sleep while doing psych k

It has been a while since I have made a post, but I wanted to do it today. Ramadan Kareem to all those who celebrate. Today begins the holy month of Ramadan and a year before, the call for prayers in Gaza were coupled with the sound of zanana. After fifteen months of genocide, the resistance has cleared out the air, has pushed the zionist occupation forces out of Gaza and I am happy that Ramadan will be celebrated without the sounds of bombing and shelling. But things are not as before; the Zionist occupation has committed an urbicide- a whole city has been destroyed. They have murdered people, they have tortured Gazans, they have orphaned thousands of children and destroyed the hopes and dreams of many. None of this can be taken back, none of this can be made right. So while the whole world celebrates Ramadan amidst lights, in Gaza Ramadan would be celebrated in rubbles of destroyed homes.
So I hope in this holy month of Ramadan, we will keep supporting the Palestinian cause; we will keep fighting for a free Palestine, we will keep following the news that comes out from both West Bank and Gaza. I hope we will keep boycotting and protesting and supporting grassroot organization . For now I would like to redirect your attention to my friend Siraj's fundraiser. Please consider supporting Siraj and his family. Nothing will be the same again, but donations will help a lot in rebuilding his life.
be ur own proof. form ur own beliefs. no one will convince you that loa is real, more than urself. you'll be confident and believe in loa 100% when u actually apply it to ur everyday life and persist.
hey I was wondering how it felt like to be in the void state (what you felt and what you heard in there)
For me, I woke up in it. It was really drowsy feeling, kind of like when you are really tired but you are trying to wake up. It was calm and no sound. I felt weightless and frozen. I couldn't even feel myself breathing. I knew I existed but I had no body.
Allahumma ighfir lil-muslimeena wal-muslimaat, wal-mu'mineena wal mu'minaat, al- ahyaa'i minhum wal-amwat
"O Allah, forgive the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and the believing women, the alive from them and the dead"
Allahumma inni as'alukal-afwa wal afiyah fid-dunya wal-akhirah
"O Allah, I seek Your forgiveness and my well-being in this world and the Hereafter"
Allahumma inni as'aluka al-jannah wa a'oodhu bika min an-nar
"O Allah, I ask You for paradise, and I seek refuge in You from the Fire."
These aren't the things children should watch or experience.
this is the saddest fucking thing. wheres that post about when you cant even write a poem about it because its just there already
(i found this on reddit)
Excessive research is such an easy trap to fall into.
I guarantee that every shifter (people into loa, void, whatever) ends up doing it once if not multiple times throughout their journey.
Everyone wants to find that perfect method or information that will make everything suddenly click, everyone wants the reassurance of reading a success story where someone just like them shifted using the same method that they're using. And that seems fine, until it isn't. Almost everyone always ends up doing heading to Google to find some information regarding what they are worried about. For example, if I'm worried about developing some awful disease that would ruin my life, I might look up possible symptoms, research journals that studied it in detail, some Reddit thread by someone who's also worried, and so on. And once I find something that reassures me that I'm fine, I'll feel better... until the next time when something triggers that fear and I go spiraling again.
You might feel some brief relief but you'll end up right back where you started because no amount of reassurance or information will completely fix your fear the way you want it to. Or you end up finding something that seems to justify your fear and makes you feel even worse as you fall down a new rabbit hole.
Sometimes that works for a little bit until you get stressed again, other times you find some anti or misinformation that seems to confirm my worst fears and you feel worse.
The best thing you can do with any kind of doubts or intrusive thoughts is to acknowledge their existence, but don't let it consume you.
The fear that this isn't real, that you'll never shift, that your method isn't good enough...you don't have to make them go away completely (good luck with that) but you don't have to let them dictate how your shifting journey goes
you don't have to visualise to manifest.
imagining is NOT the same as visualising. many people have also manifested without visualising, so you don't need to force yourself to visualise if you don't wan't to or can't. DO NOT worry if you don't visualise.
i personally also like to affirm & have inner convos more than visualising because i'm just more comfortable with it. everytime i "try" to visualise a scene my mind would drift away to something else that's unrelated lmao so i don't fancy visualising as much, though once in a while it's fun to visualise i would say! it's really all about YOUR preference.
just do whatever is most comfortable and natural for you, the whole point of it is just to make you feel fulfilled. visualising is just ONE out of the many many methods out there.
