I've been making a couple simple text designs again, starting with these two rainbow designs found here and here.

As usual, ALL PROCEEDS from my designs go to my Palestinian best friend to help him support his girlfriend in remaining safely in America until things calm down and to help his other loved ones around the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. He will donate anything his family doesn't need to the Palestinian charities he works with. You can find all my designs here. Started this account because Redbubble wanted me to have a social media account before publishing. Trying to make designs mostly for stickers, so far this is my favorite!

I run a fundraising shop where I sell Palestine related designs and all income goes to keeping my best friend's family safe. My friend graciously agreed to model the gym shirt I got him from the shop:

The left is the product mockup, the right is my friend (cropped to protect privacy of course). It's still a little wrinkly from the package here but I think it turned out nicely. The printing is pretty light and thin which I guess is unsurprising for a stretchy exercise shirt, I imagine it will be heavier on the standard clothes. He says it's comfortable and it held up through our workout with no issues.

A woodcut style dove wearing a keffiyeh over a poppy. The official national flower of Palestine as of 2016 actually seems to be the Faqqu’a iris, but many people will tell you that it's the poppy. Regardless of how official it is (often a vague thing when it comes to national symbols anyway) the poppy is an important national emblem for Palestine. It features the four colors of the flag (black, white, red and green) and is also said to represent blood shed on the land. Honestly I see it used a lot more than the iris (though both are lovely plants).
