Don’t think about how much Claire would idolise and adore Jo. And don’t think about Jo sneaking Claire sips of her beer. Also don’t think of Jo being really protective of Claire when the hunters come into the bar, because she’s been there and knows what they’re like. Jo taking Claire on hunts with her when no one else will, because she knows what will happen if she doesn’t. Claire borrowing Jo’s clothes without asking and Jo shouting the house down. Ellen rolling her eyes and telling them to sort it out themselves. Jo and Claire staying up all night talking about their dads together. Jo ringing up Charlie or Tracy to come and help Claire pick out a prom dress because she’s got no idea what she’s doing and Claire deserves someone better to help. Claire boasting to all her friends about Jo, and they all just assume she’s her big sister. And so when Krissy meets Jo she’s all like ‘OMG this is the big sister you’ve told us all about, show us how to shoot’ (and it’s still prom night so Jo’s outside teaching all these teenagers in fancy dresses how to shoot and so they’re late for catching their limo). Jo maybe cries a little later that night, because everyone thinks she’s Claire’s sister. Claire and Jo talking loudly about periods to gross the boys out. Jo teaching Claire to hustle pool. Just big sister Jo and little sister Claire. What? I said don’t think about it.
