La psicologia afferma che per star bene non bisogna aspettarsi niente. Tutto quello che ci capita deve essere una sorpresa. Se una persona ci manda il “buongiorno" il giorno seguente non dobbiamo aspettarlo di nuovo. Non possiamo abituarci alle cose, tanto meno alle persone. Se si considerano gli avvenimenti come delle sorprese e mai come delle aspettative, si è più felici.
