đŚ Tuesday CC Dump
Here's this thing (two things, to be exact) I came up with. Looks kinda modernist, as in: eastern bloc modernism đ Decorative bits can be used on its own to create a sort of leaning pergola.
Download: SFS | BOX
â Note: Top bit becomes quite dark if a wall is lit from the opposite side :/
Angled wall mask is actually a window but I categorized both objects as Buildmode/Architecture (so M&G EP is required).
*This is for The Sims 2
Rb for larger sample size appreciated :)
This is an expansion on @picknmixsims Microsoft Excel sheet available here. It is a table I made that is incredibly lazy but effective and quick at searching for searching for Maxis GUID conflicts when you create new GUIDs. It's a little easier to use since the GUID Database has been down for a long time and you can add your own GUIDs onto the list and update the formula if you're savvy enough in Excel.

I'm not a gamer, so I'm probably late to the Fallout London party, but this looks amazing.
I look at this and I see conversions.
Here's another good review, this time by a brit:
Tiny object mesh combined with large shadow mesh often results in crappy thumbnail (even if you canât see the ground shadow that doesnât mean there isnât one).
The most popular TS2 deco cloning material ever: Fruit bowl & Chinese vase both come with custom (non-standard) thumbnail camera settings. Vase settings may work well for some cc meshes but usually donât. Fruit bowl camera settings are sh*t.
Note: obviously you can also replace the shadow with a smaller one.
Note2: By âthe entire meshâ I meant: everything above the ground level ;)
And if youâd rather fix a shadow instead of removing it, I did a tut on that.
Sometimes itâs enough to clear out custom thumbnail camera settings in thumbnailExtension. Sometimes removing or resizing the shadow will do the trick - often itâs both.
Good one! that's a neat find.
I keep coming across the simmer whoâs responsible for this shitshow, so a friendly reminder, watch out. Sheâs still active:

Wip: Assassin Sims continues. Got my computer fixed and so the project continues. The picture is from AC:B, not sims yet, I'm just admiring how this game looks, and I'm not even in Rome yet :) Does anybody happen to know a good texture mod for this game? as much as I like photo editing, it would be nice to not do all of them one by one.. haven't found a mod to my liking yet.
Speaking of photo editing, here are my favorite G'MIC-QT filters [an add-on for GIMP]:
P.S., not sure if I got Nvidia to override the game's settings correctly, I'm having this problem with ts2 where it doesn't smooth the edges.. Maybe it's fine here and I'm exaggerating, but the lines look a bit jagged here as well, when zooming in...
These bloody conversions.
tempted to call this Assassin Sims in Paris.
the way silent hill 2 remake without the fog just looks like an average day in the uk
