Here you go! I had a couple ideas for this so I just drew all of them.

Pac: Felps— no, it was Cellbit. Guys, I got confused, it was a lot of trauma in my life, they bit my leg while I was awake and conscious. At that moment, I passed out, I don't remember if it was Cellbit or Felps, both of them were there.

Age: 16-17 (I am taking anon's word here since there's so little information on the character or the original source material, so if anybody can give me evidence of Cell's age I would appreciate it)

Restrictions: Can only use tools and weapons supplied in the Hunger Games arena
