Made a bunch of progress on the train for today's Nightmare Kart dev post!

The train now has a proper progression value, signified by the big teal arrow. The train will modulate its speed to make sure that the player can never drive past the arrow, preventing the player from driving ahead and reaching the locomotive.

To move the progression value along and allow the player to progress further up the train, they have to destroy all available targets, right now signified by bright red test spheres.
