I’m scrolling through my camera roll, looking for a meme to send to my younger brother, and I’m slowly coming to the realization that my humor is completely incoherent to anyone who isn’t one of my four friends.

OK Kids, decency and democracy in the U.S. took a big hit yesterday.

Go listen to music that makes you feel good, dance around your bedroom, eat a plate of brownies, roll into a ball and rock back and forth in the closet, climb to the top of a tree and scream incoherently.

The election is over, but the fight is not.

Next week, we get back up, and we get back to the work of making the world a better place, regardless of the outcome.
