Where do you read the comics (IDW/MTMTE/Lost Light)? Is it online somewhere? I'm dying to read them but don't have any idea where to get my hands on a hard copy, let alone a digital one.

So for those who want to read IDW1, you can find everything online. The ones you like the most I recommend that you buy on Amazon or something, and some bookstores still have random comic books too.
