 Reality can be worse than nightmares at times, but there was always the dreams- dreams from memories from your days with him you cherished- like that golden summer day with Bumblebee………………………..

With Bumblebee you felt lighter, happier even. It is as if a weight had been lifted off your shoulders; like you were floating to the surface instead of drowning to the depths. He filled you with sunlight -Bee was sunlight for you-soaking up his warmth. You can still feel his warm metal beneath you as you would sprawl out over him on the beautiful days by the beach with the Smiths softly playing combined with the crashing waves. Altogether, a sense of profound peace and safety you found with Bumblebee-even from not knowing much - the simpleness of just feeling and enjoying life with him made them became intertwined on the same wavelength which could not be altered. 

  Charlie remembered the day well, it was a Thursday midday so the beach they picked would be secluded from humans with prying eyes- the last thing she wanted was to have someone take him from her, she shuddered at the thought of what scientists or the military would want to do to her sweet Bee. Wait! Her? Sweet? Thoughtfully Charlie rubbed her hand against  Bee`s roof, was he even her `s? She had no idea of his life before winding in her garage- he could have a family or even a ..significant other? Charlie became feeling hotter - and not from the sun beating down on her  Or was that even a thing-lovers, soulmates - for his species? More importantly, she should feel no possessiveness towards him - what right did she have? Just because Charlie mended him, sheltered him, befriended him, and he -her did that mean -Charlie staked a claim for him, for his heart?     Did she want him, did she desire him, she flushed softly while pondering these heavy thoughts; rolling over to look at the windshield. When he had hugged her in the garage when “Unchained Melody” had played on her record player her soul fluttered no longer feeling alone when his warm metal body pressed against hers. At the time she passed it off as feeling comforted, but now she wanst sure. Charlie softly rubbed small circles on the glass- pressing softly so there wasn’t a sound but hard enough to where she could feel the smoothness. But even if choosing to accept these feeling as true - did Bumblebee reciprocate them or would he be disturbed by them. 

 She figured there was no better time than the present. "Bee?“, she asked softly scared to break the peace created by their tranquil realm. 

Softly Bee made a melodic  "Mmm?” sound as if waking from a slumber. He could feel Charlie stirring on top of him; his sensory nodes awakening before his audial receptors to her gentle ministrations on his window screen which caused him to slightly shudder. 

Charlie anxiously glanced down feeling Bumblebee to move underneath her, “ Maybe my weight is bothering him much like a cat laying on a human she thought embarrassingly.” Sliding down the hood of Bee, wearing shorts caused her skin to slightly skidding on the metal which caused Bee involuntarily shudder so violently to the point Charlie was flung off the roof with a quiet, “Yelp!” Quickly Bumblebee realizing his actions transformed to his bipedal mode catching Charlie … in his awaiting hands facing him. 

Blushing as red as a Decepticons optics; Charlie squirmed slightly in Bumblebee`s hands looking up she opened her mouth to speak and but stopped in shock at the sight before her. 

Bee`s eyes were hooded and looking intently at her moving so close to Charlie`s face, so they were eye to eye. Never had Bumblebee yearned to convey his meaning to another more than now, to her Charlie. Softly exhaling a puff of warm updraft hit Charlie`s face and Bumblebee with a flurry of snippets from the radio tried his most damnest to make her understand, “

"You’re trying hard not to show it, baby ”

“ but baby I know it ”

 "you got the touch.“ 

" Oh, my love, my darling.”  

“ I’ve hungered for your touch.”

“ A long, lonely time.”

“Time goes by so slowly.”

“And time can do so much.”“Are you still mine?”

“I need your love.”“God speed your love to me.”

“Layla, you’ve got me on my knees.” “Layla, I’m begging, darling, please.” “Layla, darling won’t you ease my worried mind.”

“Let’s make the best of the situation.” “Before I finally go insane.” “Please don’t say I’ll never find a way.” “And tell me all my love’s in vain.”

“What’s it all about, this crazy love.” “How did our two worlds entwine.” “How do I fit into your life.” “How did you get into mine.”

Bumblebee`s radio softly fizzled out turning to static as opening his optics he looked down at Charlie. Praying softly to Primus he had accurately conveyed everything he had felt towards Charlie since trusting her that night in the garage. He didn’t know how it could work but is the desire to have this love with her to forge it together,  he could feel it in his spark this burning desire for her, for Charlie. 

Charlie was speechless as she looked up at Bee tears were softly falling at the beautiful admission Bumblebee had given her. Reaching out with an outstretched hand Charlie touched Bee`s check his eyes closing in at her touch, as she said, “It’s funny I was just about to ask if you would be interested in someone like me, or if it was even possible .” Knowing that you feel the same way to me couldn`t have been a better surprise" Smiling she kissed mouth plate.

Bumblebee hummed from both in rapture and shock at her reciprocated feeling towards him and his spark and engine lept for joy- at the reply and tender touch.

On that note he could feel her aft squirming salaciously against his digits, his frame groaned at this and Charlie smiling in her kiss took noticed.

Alright, but a fic where Charlie and Bee still haven’t figured out their feelings for each other yet. Charlie’s aware that she’s attracted to Bee but acknowledges that it’s not only weird, it’s impossible. So in an effort to be normal™ and get over it, she starts dating other people. Bee is sulky and jealous, but doesn’t know why.

At first he thinks it’s cuz she’ll stop spending time at the base and with him but that obviously doesn’t happen. She’s his friend, he should be supportive and wish for the best for her because Charlie deserves the best. But seeing her with other people is upsetting and confusing.  While he’s pleased that she often isn’t attached to anyone for too long he’s also confused why it doesn’t work out. Don’t they all see what an amazing person Charlie is, they should be so lucky!! If HE were the one with her he’d treat her so good and–OH. he realizes. But now that Bee realizes he’s in love with Charlie, he feels like he can’t act on it because it’s obvious she’s looking for a relationship with a human from all her dating and he laments will she ever look his waaaay.

Charlie for her part is frustrated because her plan isn’t working even tho all the ppl she meet are perfectly fine. She thinks something is wrong with her, especially since going home and hanging out with Bee is still a much more fun time than dating. Meanwhile the bots are just really tired of all the sulking and confused pining saturating the air somebody please help these idiots

Guys what after the probable time skip, Steven and Connie are already in a relationship. What if they skip their first kiss. What if they’re already in an established relationship and they’ve already said I love you and shit.
