Phil's news time, go watch vod if you don't want spoilers.

So, Phil is back on the QSMP, his character seemingly went into a coma somehow in his basement after the events of Mexican independence day and had a super realistic dream of the events we saw of him being kidnaped. And then the week of hardcore streaming.

While coming out of his coma he was told by the "dream" cucarucho to wake up before he could no longer do so, before waking up in his basement.

Though even he (and I think everyone of us birds or voices) is skeptical about whether this was a dream or not. Even though the "birdhouse" doesn't exist seemingly (though the area it was in has some signs of being edited). The problem is though, he now has a potato and a poppy he did not have before.

So for now the truth of the mater is unknown.

After Phil waking up all (most) of the server members gathered at spawn after another "builds update" video and was sent on a mission to "rescue" the newest member (after having voice mod troubles thanks to the now added emersive portals mod).

I'm slightly anoyed at the mods joke involving Tubbo's home, but what can you do.

From the rescue mission though, the group got a hidden message stating that there is an entity that knows where all 7 still living eggs are, so more proof the eggs aren't dead.

However I think there are still more questions then answers involving what is going on.

Let's hope more is found out, either while Phil is still here, during his trip, or after.

Progress

This is a little snippet of something I’m working on for @the-final-sif​‘s Convict Childcare au, with some differences in that my Dream is a white Enderman hybrid. The basic premise of the au is that c!Sam accidentally kills c!Ranboo while arresting him, and kidnaps Michael for leverage. Panicked, he takes c!Dream and Michael and holds them both in a new prison far away. Dream and Michael grow very close, and are eventually rescued by other members of the server. This drabble takes place a couple months after rescue.

Today must be a bad day, was the first thought that ran through Ponk’s head when Dream all but sauntered into the office. It had been a while since Dream had felt the need to pull on the proud, untouchable facade. The scowling, flinty-eyed Michael that was clinging close enough to Dream as to be almost tripping over his heels only further proved his theory. Through the doorway he locked eyes with Technoblade who had, as usual, escorted Dream to his appointment. The piglin gave a thumbs up and a grimace before shutting the door with a click.

That boded well.

With the mask on, Ponk couldn’t see Dream’s expressions, but over the two months of near-daily visits, he liked to think that he had a pretty good read on the man’s emotional state through his body language. It was sometimes subtle, but there was always at least one tell that gave him away. He gave the Enderman hybrid a quick once over, running through his mental checklist; tail, low and relaxed; ears, perked; right hand, snugly wrapped around Michael’s; left hand— ah, there it was. Stuffed into a pocket, but Ponk could see the fabric shift with the arrhythmic flexing of a fist. Too mild to be anger— perhaps frustration, or impatience. Perhaps pain.

As a person who went to both high school and college, I can personally say that this is true.

Danny would have done better in college

Danny wouldn’t have had as much stress if he was a college student instead of a high schooler.

Danny stands up and leaves in the middle of class? Eh oh well attendance isn’t mandatory in this class anyway.

Tired from ghost fighting? College is hard man everyone is exhausted.

Carries around a thermos everywhere? Josh from econ doesn’t go anywhere without his Tupperware so a thermos isn’t that big of a deal.

Danny could strait up tell his class that he’s dead and he’d just get a round of “same”.

Someone spots Danny phase through something. “Am I still drunk or did I not get enough sleep?”

Yeah he’s a bit weird but without him you would have failed astronomy so he’s cool in your book.

Walking around during winter without a coat? Yeah Chad, Keven, and Brandon all do that too, at least he’s not wearing shorts.

He may look scrawny but Rebbeca swears up and down he knocked some dude who was being shady out in one hit.

He seems to know a lot about ghosts. Everyone has something they have to distract themselves from schoolwork, his must be the paranormal.

When they went to a haunted house as a group Danny never even flinched. There was one ghost that looked really real but when it saw Danny it just disappeared. Everyone jokes about how Danny is the scariest person on campus.

Danny accedently shows up to a class as Phantom, no one bats an eye. People come to class in costume all the time at least it doesn’t block the people sitting behind him.

No one questions why he knows how to stitch wounds. He probably learned it from a med student who had to explain how to for an assignment. Or he just can’t afford to go the the hospital, he’s not the only one.

There’s a puppy that follows him around sometimes. No one cares as long as they get to pet him.
