Transfiguration and other works by Olivier de Sagazan
You may recognize Olivier de Sagazan’s performance art which was featured in the movie Samsara, an aesthetical experience about humanity’s spiritual harmony with nature contrasted with the dehumanization apparent in modern society. As seen in this collection, performance art is just part of De Sagazan’s repertoire; the top half being from his Transfiguration project, and others from earlier dates through which he developed his brutally grotesque style.

i just want to be a vamp
A vampire is a creature from folklore that subsists by feeding on the vital essence (generally in the form of blood) of the living. Vampiric entities have been recorded in most cultures; the term vampire was popularized in Western Europe after reports of an 18th-century mass hysteria of a pre-existing folk belief in the Balkans and Eastern Europe that in some cases resulted in corpses being staked and people being accused of vampirism.
