And mind you, there is something wrong with RBR, but call Max the mailman cuz boy did he deliver
Sky all weekend saying that there is something wrong with that RBR and it belongs in the garbage- BUT HERE COMES MAX WITH THE STEEL CHAIR!
I am tired of this long stretch of winter. I need to see the Cars Go Fast. Please, someone help. I beg of you. I can't keep doing this. Life is without color, and I am purposeless, floating in an endless sea just waiting for the most miniscule iota of information about my husband (max and the other drivers) to reach me. The walls feel as though they are closing in. The only thing that soothes my aching soul are the races of times long past. Oh, loves of my life, apples of my eye, come back to me. Let me lay my eyes on you once again. Oh, 2025 season, you cannot come soon enough. I will be patient. I will endure the torture of these frigid, empty winter months, if only because I know my loves will return to me. On that day, it will be as though they never left, as though they have been by my side, warming me and shielding me against the northern winds. Hark, the lights will come on and go out once more, in due time. We will see the sun rise on a race weekend once more. I promise. Stay strong.
-me (a person who has absolutely exhausted my family and friends with my f1 brainrot)
“She was a professional and one of the best in the world, so it’s definitely in the blood.”- Jenson Button🧡
“I think he also gets his friendliness from me! Max is very open. He says what he thinks, and so do I”
“One time he rolled the kart over and I went running onto the track to see if he was okay, and he said ‘Mummy I’m fine! I want to go again’”
“His critics used to say that Max is an aggressive person and I find that strange because if you know Max, you know he has a big heart and he likes to be nice to people”
“He came to my place a few days later [post championship] after he won and he was absolutely finished. He was exhausted mentally and just wanted to be at home”- Sophie in Max’s magazine.

They fed that girl her own dad fr huh. And we just have to live with that. I hope that girl can find peace.
But seriously, they let Ellie have her moment of rage with David. They let her live it fully. No Joel until she escapes from the building. And don't get me wrong, I love a good "parent coming to save child" moment as much as the next person, but they really gave her her autonomy, and she was able to really feel it. I can only hope that that other girl could also maybe in this universe get far away from there and live her rage and then maybe find peace.
If you miss cars on track - there are some events happening this weekend.
There's the Formula Regional Oceanic Championship (CTFROC), which is in its 2nd round and features Redbull 2026 prospect Arvid Lindblad (among many other very talented drivers).
Then there is the Roar before the 24 (think that's what it's called). It's part of the Rolex 24/24 hours of Daytona, which is taking place next weekend. That is part of the IMSA series, an American endurance racing series. If you watch Indycar, you'll recognize some faces!
This weekend also marks the start of both the Formula Regional Middle Eastern Championship (FRMEC) & the Formula 4 UAE championship. Hamda Al Qubaisi, who you might recognize from F1 Academy, is taking part in the latter!
I think that's it for racing this weekend, but I'd say: If you want cars on tracks, there's many to watch this weekend!
Oh yeah, for sure, I've been keeping an eye on both Arvid and Hamda in their respective series (RedBull may be a house of horrors, but it's my house of horrors, and I am rooting for them, especially Hamda). A friend of mine has actually been introducing me to Formula Drift, which is pretty freaking cool. It's been keeping me busy enough learning about it. I've also been trying to figure out Formula E because they have a race not far from where I live, and I wanna see if it's worth it to go. Still, though, I deeply miss F1. It was the first motorsport I fell in love with on my own (my dad loves motorcross).
Guys, I'm putting it out into the universe right now: Abu Dhabi Haas 1-2. I promise it's gonna happen. Guys, trust me.
