The funniest part of romancing gale is knowing that mystra is most definitely watching your tav or Durge throwing it back on that man during his romance arc shenanigans. Anyone who’s ever said that Ao3 needs an algorithm needs to shut the fuck up. I LIKE Ao3 because it DOESN’T have an algorithm, because algorithms often cage you in and end up showing you the same kinds of content over and over again for the same kind of topics.
With Ao3, you can actually search and read everything you want to, without content being almost hidden from you because it isn’t popular or doesn’t match what you’ve read before.
On an unrelated note, I HATE the people that keep whining about wanting Ao3 to be a an app.. NO.

EDIT: i removed the “trump refused to swear on the bible” point because it was being taken as me being an offended christian. i’m not christian, im agnostic. the reason i included it in the first place is because he’s the first president in history to ever refuse to swear on ANYTHING. meanwhile his “conservative christian” followers had no issue with this, and decided to continue to scramble for excuses instead of admitting he may not be as religious as he claims he is. i figured taking that point out entirely is probably better than filling this with an explanation in the middle of the other important issues.
As a younger trans dude, this lowkey made my cry just a bit. Seeing an older trans guy, who’s happy and encouraging us all to be ourselves really touched my heart. Be yourself! Be true to yourself! I promise it’s worth it. To all my trans brothers, sisters and overall queer siblings of any kind: we gotta stick together. I‘m proud of each and every one of you and I hope that one day, the world will just let us be, without predjudice and hate.

The incorrect and negative beliefs we can get from years of negative feedback not knowing we have ADHD or how it affects our lives. While not everything is solely caused by ADHD, it can affect us and our comorbidities in many, many ways. Good news is, treating ADHD can do wonders for Anxiety and Depression!
Sitting here at almost 11am and I suddenly had a thought.. ‘Ma Meilleure Ennemie’ from Arcane is low-key, high-key Raphael x Tav coded.
Am I the only one getting that vibe from it? I don’t entirely know if it’s just because of the sound and general tone of the song, but to me it feels like the lyrics with ‘you’re both the best and the worst that has ever happened to me’ (I’m paraphrasing, bare with me) remind me of Raphael and Tav’s relationship, at least as it is in a lot of fanfictions that I’ve read about them. Especially those that were leaning more towards an angsty sort of feel.
But even when we don’t consider the lyrics being kind of fitting, I do generally think that the overall melancholically beautiful sound of the song does fit Tav & Raph (gonna just call them that from now on, it’s fun).
Anyway, I don’t exactly know what to do with this thought yet, but I’m just throwing it out there for now.. do feel free to add to it if you want!

- "Herr Merz, wenn Ihr Geschichtsunterricht zu lange her ist, kommen Sie doch vorbei! Wir organisieren Ihnen gerne eine Nachhilfestunde!"
- die CDU hat zur Absage der Demo aufgerufen, aus Angst vor "linker Gewalt". Das "selbsternnante" Bündnis gegen Rechts solle sich doch mal umschauen, mit wem sie sich da einlassen. Das Bündnis meinte als Antwort, dass sie sich nicht provozieren lassen, aber das ja schon eine ganz schöne Aussage ist... Von der CDU.....

Kleine Addition dazu: ich find‘s auch interessant wie Pia in beiden Fällen irgendwie involviert ist und versucht für sowohl Adam (immer mal wieder dieses ‘geht’s dir gut‘ und ‘willst du drüber reden?) als auch Carla (mit z.B. ‘du musst das hier nicht machen‘ und ‘es geht auch anders’) da zu sein.. es jedoch bei Adam um einiges besser zu funktionieren scheint, weil dieser seinen Vater, im Gegensatz zu Carla mit ihren Eltern, nie so idolisiert hat.
ok aber die carla als adam parallele weil beide gangsterkinder sind. und dann, dass sie nie den ansprüchen gerecht werden konnte, egal was sie gemacht hat. und dann die mutter die sagt man ist nie wirklich frei.

Exactly das woran ich auch gedacht hab! Ich hoffe wirklich, dass irgendeine Art von größerer Verletzung oder Abwesenheit von Leo mal dafür sorgt, dass Adam sich darüber im klaren wird, wie wichtig er ihm wirklich ist.
(Dafür müsste Leo dann aber offensichtlich nur verletzt und nicht gleich tot sein..)
ohhh aber das heißt dass wir jetzt einmal ohne Adam ermittelt haben (HdS), einmal (teilweise) ohne Esther (KdE) und einmal ohne Pia (EdN), vielleicht ist ja jetzt Leo dran? ich fände es super interessant, wenn er für einen Großteil der nächsten Episode im Koma bleibt, und der Rest des Teams dann ohne ihn ermitteln muss. und es wäre natürlich eine perfekte Gelegenheit für Adam, darüber zu reflektieren, was Leo ihm wirklich bedeutet.
muss aber sagen, die angsty fanfictions zu diesem Ende schreiben sich geradezu von selber..
