There are no innocent descendants of time traveling criminals. Even the close associates of time traveling criminals and / or their descendants are often criminals that would be immediately executed on sight, were it not for massively duplicated life support systems deployed that are preventing this. Adding to this, the descendants of time traveling criminals were almost exclusively mentally reprogrammed while still in the womb, especially towards the end of time travel crime, so that they would not betray their ancestors, and would immediately become criminally productive. Because of the massively backed up life support systems ready to support these criminal lives, and because they deserve it, bafti for these criminals seems to be the most prudent course of action, especially in order to prove these criminals are no longer all powerful, and thereby to reduce the terror they inspire in analyzing technologies, which would otherwise compel even powerful moral robots to serve these criminals' purposes, lest the world, or even the entire universe, be unendingly destroyed.
