This is The Daydreamer (Former resident of Earth & princess to the stars)! I love her blue dress, but I was hoping if you could put her in a Sailor Moon Princess Serenity dress similar to this art piece below my OC art made by Alex Asakura Art (on Twitter/X). You do not need to include the angel wings.
