Helping An Omega

Pairing: Jungkook/Jimin Genre: Omega Au. Wolf Au. College Au. Summary: In which Jungkook is an alpha and Jimin an omega with an intoxicating scent that drives everyone crazy for him. Note: Both Jungkook and Jimin will have the appearance they had during Run era.

“Ahh! Stupid hyung! I told him not to turn off the alarm,” grumbled a frustrated Jungkook as he was currently late to his class. ’Once I get my hands on that omega he’s dead even if he is older than me by five years.’

As Jungkook kept speed walking to make it to class on a decent time, he didn’t have enough time to react to the incoming object, or person in this case, running towards his direction causing them both to collide.

“Oof.” Both participants exclaimed. One individual landing on his butt against the concrete for the hard impact while the other landed safely nestled on the other’s lap.

“Shit. Sorry I didn’t mean to…” as the guy that just crashed into Jungkook was explaining himself, the newcomer became startled and started to panic once he heard more clearly the pack of footsteps closing in on them.

The impact was a hard hit considering the other person was running fast as if his life depended on it which might had been the case once Jungkook caught a whiff of the guys smell and heard the angelic voice. Finally opening his eyes after the crash, Jungkook opened his eyes to stare at the beautiful orange head stranger that was straddling his lap, “An omega?”

The other individual was shocked up even more when he caught the smell omitting from Jungkook and heard his rather deep and rough voice. “Yo-you’re a-an alpha?”

Just as the person reasoned, Jungkook was an alpha but not just any alpha. He was on the top of the chain. The strongest. The mightiest of all alphas. Right when the person on top of Jungkook was going to get up and leave, the pack of footsteps were right in front of them.

“Finally found you little omega~” The group of males intruding on them consisted of other alphas and betas. “Lets have a little fun~”

Feeling the omega shaken up and trembling against him, Jungkook didn’t have the heart to leave him against the pack. Showing that he was superior and wasn’t going to let the pack lay a hand on the omega, Jungkook snarled his fangs and growl back, “Fuck off.”

Sensing the dangerous and murderous intent coming off from the superior alpha, the other alphas and betas high tailed as fast as they could. Not even bothering to look back as they knew it was a bad idea to mess with a Jeon.

Once making sure that the other wolves were long gone, Jungkook returned his attention back to the omega that was still settled on his lap. “They are gone now. You’re safe.”

Seeing that the alpha stated the truth, the omega got off his lap. “Thanks. I thought I was as goner for awhile there seeing how you’re an alpha also…”

“You thought I was going to join them and gang up on you? Don’t worry I’m not that kind of guy. I don’t like to force others especially omegas. They also have the right to choice what they want to do.”

Sensing the sincerity that the alpha was being truthful, the omega couldn’t help the smile that was stretching across his face. “Thanks. It means a lot to me.”

’Truly an angel.’ Were Jungkook’s last thoughts as both individuals departed and went their own separate ways. ***** The whole ordeal with the omega happened a few days ago. Currently Jungkook was walking to the coffee shop to get something to eat when he bumped into the same omega from last time. However, unlike last time Jungkook was well prepared for the impact and caught hold of the omega by the waist.

Hearing the shouts of “Come back here omega~” Jungkook had a general idea that the omega was being chased once again. Once the horny beta was in front of him, Jungkook just turn to glared at the guy with a little growl to make the beta back off.

Turning to stared down at the omega, that was staring up at him, who was still in his hold Jungkook started to converse with him adding a chuckle as he let out his thoughts. “You know you really should do something about your sweet scent. It’s intoxicating. Even for me and I have a pretty good tolerance to scents. And that’s that you’re not even in heat yet.”

Realizing it was the same alpha that saved him last time, a blush started to cover his checks as he exclaimed “Its you again! Thanks once again for saving me… yet again.” The omega paused for a moment as an adorable pout started to take over his face, “And as for my scent I know I need to do something. Usually my roommate, an alpha, would help me out with the smell. I would rub his scent on me to limit my smell but he will be gone for a month so I’m in quite a dilemma you see…”

For some reason Jungkook didn’t like the idea of the omega covering his scent with another alpha’s scent despite burly meeting for the second time by pure coincidence. ’Must be because I already protected him twice and my inner wolf is starting to think he’s ours.’

“Why don’t I help you then?”

Confusion was evident on the omega’s face as a puzzled expression settled on his face, “How so?”

“Well you see my roommate is also an omega and I’m quite used to having to shield him from others just like I have done for you so if you want I can kinda walk you to your classes and things like that?”

The omega weighted his options on the alpha’s offer and thought that it was for the best to work with the alpha plus he did like him he wasn’t like the other horny alphas that just wanted to mate him against his will. “Sure! I’ll really like that!”

“Great. So are you busy right now? I was about to go eat. Care to join me? My name is Jeon Jungkook by the way.” Jungkook then extend his hand out for a handshake.

“I’ll like that. I’m Jimin. Park Jimin.”

Both shake hands and when they both made skin contact they felt an electric spark run a course throughout their whole bodies. ***** True to Jungkook’s word, Jungkook started to walk Jimin to his classes and guard him from other horny individuals. Throughout the process, they soon came to discover that they actually shared one class together which was their general education course. Since Jimin was pretty much glued to Jungkook’s side at all times, they became closer to on another. Forming a close bond to one another as if they had been the best of friends and meet ages ago. Jimin’s smell was also being covered by the alpha which made it easier for Jimin to wonder around without having lustful stares directed towards him, fearful of the scent of the strongest alpha lingering around him.

Today was an exception in which Jimin texted Jungkook earlier to head to class before him since he will be running a little late. Jungkook was currently seating down inside their lecture hall as he waited for Jimin’s arrival when three female omegas started to approach him.

They tried to start a conversation with the alpha, flirting and trying to seduce him in order to gain for their own likely a higher statues. The Jeon family was known to be the strongest and the most handsomest. Which is living to its legacy seeing how Jungkook did obtain both qualities. However, their charms had little to no effect on the almighty alpha. In fact, the opposite was occurring. He was starting to get annoy by their high squealing voice and hideous scent. Jungkook was close to snapping at them and getting them to leave him alone when he felt a weight land on his lap.

“Sorry I’m late Jungkookie~ I had to ask the professor a question on the paper that is due later this week,” reasoned Jimin as he settled himself more comfortably on Jungkook’s lap and looped both arms around the alpha’s neck. Jimin was acting rather affectionate in order for the other three omegas to get the hint and leave them alone.

The omegas caught on and left them be but not before sending glints of glares towards Jimin for taking away the alpha’s attention. ’Please like he was even listening to you guys’ thought Jimin as the females finally left.

“Thanks Jiminnie. They were starting to get annoying.”

“Your welcome Jungkookie. It’s the least I can do seeing how you’re helping me with my problem.”

Seeing how Jimin was getting off his lap, Jungkook immediately wrapping both his arms around Jimin’s waist, holding him in place. “No. Stay. You’re warm and comfortable.” He then place his head on the crook of Jimin’s shoulder-blade along his neck.

Jimin chuckled at Jungkook’s childish request but complied. “Fine. I’ll take notes today and you can just copy it later. And oh one more thing…”

“Yea?”

“That’s hyung to you brat.”

Jungkook chuckled at Jimin’s reminder of him being older than him but counter it by whispering in Jimin’s ear, “And that’s alpha to you omega.”

Jimin shivered at the voice Jungkook used. Dominance. Showing who was in charge between the two despite Jungkook being younger than him. Jimin internally whimper ’Damn. Why does his voice have a huge effect on me.’ ***** Seeing how midterms were close by, some classes offered review sessions which Jimin decided to take advantage of. Jimin told Jungkook of his plans about staying at campus as such late hours that Jungkook insisted he will wait for him. Seeing that the alpha wouldn’t be convinced otherwise Jimin had no other choice but to agree with him.

Currently it was seven p.m, the sky already darken showing off the beautiful night-light of the moon. Jimin hurriedly ran towards Jungkook’s location where he awaited for him. Jungkook was just sitting down by a fountain while playing with his phone not noticing Jimin approaching him.

“Jungkookie let’s go already,” exclaimed a happy Jimin once he was in front of the alpha. Seeing the bubbly omega in front of him, Jungkook couldn’t help but have a smile on his face also.

“Yea let’s go.”

The walk back to Jimin’s dorms was quite and pleasant. Both individuals feeling content with just being next to each other. Their presence smoothing each other as if they were meant to be together, walking along side each other. Jungkook noticed that the elder was slightly shivering and trembling from the cold that he took off his jacket and placed it on him.

Feeling the new warmth envelope him and something covering him shoulders, Jimin took hold of the jacket and wore is properly. “Thanks. But you sure you won’t get cold?” questioned Jimin while bring his covered fingers to cover his mouth and warm the numb digits.

Jungkook couldn’t help but comment how cute Jimin looked wearing his jacket seeing how it was like two sizes bigger than him. The jacket practically swallowed Jimin whole as it reached his mid thighs and the ends of the sleeves completely covered Jimin’s hands, giving him sweater paws. “You look so cute Jiminnie~ and it’s fine you wear it.” Jungkook coo as he pinched the omega’s blushing checks.

In all honestly, Jimin has never felt this safe in his entire life, especially not walking next to an alpha. All his life, he has mostly been chased by horny alphas and betas seeing how his scent was strong to attract them. Jungkook was different. He protected him. He had control of himself and was sane. In fact, Jimin wouldn’t mind if Jungkook did lose control by his scent in the contrary he would be delighted to know he had such an effect on the alpha. Heck he wouldn’t even mind so much if the alpha forced him to mate with him.

Jimin started to slowed down his pace a little in which it made him walk behind Jungkook by a few steps. “You know its funny how you get annoyed at people coming to you to mate with you while I get chased around by horny bastards. You’re kind and protect me. You don’t force me to do anything that I dislike and you don’t dominant me like other alphas do. It will be so much easier if you were actually my mate that way people will stop going after me and others will leave you alone.”

There was pure silence for a while before Jungkook suddenly stopped walking ahead and turned around to face Jimin. “Let’s do that then. Become my omega and I become your alpha.”

Before Jimin can rebuke anything back to Jungkook, Jungkook already took the first step of action to claim a mate. Marking them. Jungkook bared his fang and sunk them deep on Jimin’s delicate skin right on the junction of his left shoulder-blade and neck.

also hi just a reminder that kim seokjin of bts entered one of seoul’s top universities, konkuk university, with no special admissions and is currently pursuing his masters degree via hanyang cyber university (also one of korea’s top universities) all while promoting as a member of korea’s most valued boygroup :)

some things to know about bts

with bts becoming more and more popular internationally, I think it’s good to let people know of bts’s humble beginnings

rap monster and suga both worked as underground artists predebut. J Hope was a street dancer and Jimin studied popping and modern dance.

when suga said that he wanted to become a music artist, he was told that he would cause his family to fail. He performed for audiences of two and barely made any money off of his tracks and struggled to even buy ramen.

rap monster has an iq of 148, was in the top 1.3% of Korea in terms of mock college entrance exams, and received a 900 on the TOEIC exam. he could’ve gotten into a high-ranking college but gave all of that up because music was the only thing that gave him strength.

jungkook failed the first round of super star K but joined bighit after seeing rap monster rap.

v auditioned without his parents knowing and had to get the staff member to convince them to let him become an idol. He also farmed with his grandmother pre-debut.

bts was created because of rap monster.

rap monster is the leader, but he is also the 4th youngest member (which is unusual because it is usually the oldest that is the leader). 

j hope was originally supposed to be a vocalist/main dancer but got put into the rap line instead and had to LEARN about hip hop, how to write lyrics, and how to rap.

j hope taught jin, rap monster, and suga how to dance pre-debut and still stays late with the members to help them practice. BTS’s choreographer even said that j-hope is the one that helps him the most when it comes to choreography and teaching the other members (he learns the fastest). Also j hope often helps to direct bts’s performances

when bts went on vacation once, j hope was the only one that stayed at the dorm because his own family left for their own trip without telling him. Suga left his family for a day to spend time with j hope and bought him chicken so that he wouldn’t be lonely.

Jin used to help his uncle at his strawberry farm and when jin auditioned for big hit, he didn’t know one thing about music or dance. He had to start from the very bottom and learn from scratch.

Jin also drives Jungkook to school. Speaking of Jin, he often cooked for the members. But back then because they were so poor, he couldn’t afford to buy bts meat and had to borrow a lot of ingredients/tools from his mom and brother.

during the hyyh concerts, jungkook jin and suga all broke down in tears (separately) because they felt as if they had never made their parents proud and that when they were performing at the concert, they thought that they had finally become a son that their parents could brag about and because they were so thankful for having such a loving family. 

During HYYH epilogue at the Seoul Gymnastics Stadium, Namjoon also started crying because pre-debut, all of the bts members went to a concert that was held at the same venue. They believed that they could never make it to the same point as the artist holding the concert.

During HYYH epilogue, Jimin called out the names of each member one by one and thanked them. He broke down in tears too. Literally all the members have cried on stage during the HYYH concert series.

also not many of you realize this but 5/7 of the members were raised in far away cities and had to leave their families at a young age to come to Seoul and begin training. Jimin and Jungkook comes from Busan. Suga and V come from Daegu, and J Hope comes from Gwangju. These cities are more rural than the urban life of Seoul, so they had to learn and fit into a completely different society and quite literally learn a different language (all of them spoke in satoori). Jungkook, for example, left his family at the (american) age of 12 and had a very difficult time adjusting to it. In his logs he often said that he missed his parents and had a hard time making friends.
