We're all going to Hell, Dean. Might as well enjoy the ride.
Lucifer's expression shifts as the figure before him backs away, his typical grin slipping into something more neutral. It wasn't often that a person would want to get away from him, not unless they were a suspect in the Detective's case or he'd shown them his devil face – but this man was neither! Lucifer would've been offended if something about the other hadn't seemed so off. Some sort of energy thrumming in the air, similar to the presence of his siblings yet something completely different.
The devil was intrigued.
" I'm sorry, have we met before? " Lucifer questions, dark gaze regarding the strange being before him. There was no familiarity from the other's features, nothing that told Lucifer he should remember him. But why else would this man seem so eager to get away? Unless –
" Oh - ugh - you're not one of detective douche's friends, are you? You certainly dress like it, " The fallen angel rolls his eyes, gesturing towards the other man's outfit. It was difficult to believe detective Espinoza had friends, being a douche and all, but perhaps this was one of those improv buddies. It wasn't like Dan spoke highly of Lucifer there.
" Look, whatever he's told you about me isn't true. Well, maybe a bit true, but most likely completely out of context. Not the real Lucifer Morningstar at all, I assure you. "
@fracturals asked: ❛ you didn't hear a word of what i just said, did you? ❜ ( from lucifer morningstar (tom ellis not spn) bc this is a crossover i need )

The moment that Gadreel had come to realise just who it was that stood before him, his mind had gone blank. No, this wasn't his Lucifer, his brother who tricked him all those aeons ago in the Garden of Eden, dooming humanity and handing him a one-way ticket into Heaven's dungeon for a lifetime of endless and merciless torture. But he was the closest thing to him since the dawn of time, since he'd last locked eyes with his brother before he'd been locked away and forgotten for his failure.
It wasn't until this other Lucifer spoke again that it seemed to pull the fallen angel from his thoughts, blinking several times as he stared at the unfamiliar features looking back at him. "No." Gadreel wasn't always a being of many words, but right now he was struggling to formulate thoughts, let alone sentences. "Keep your distance." He uttered as he instinctively began to back away from him. He may need help, he may be lost in a universe he didn't know, but trust Lucifer? His Lucifer or not -- - he couldn't do it, he wouldn't allow himself to be fooled again. He just couldn't bear it.
(Sentences from various sources for threats to and from a muse. Adjust phrasing where needed)
"If you hurt her, you know I'll kill you."
"Move again, and I will bury this in your skull."
"You've used the threat of violence against my family twice now, for the sake of your own personal well-being, I really wouldn't again."
"I can destroy you in ten words or less."
"I hope you bleed to death, and if you don't, I'll come for you."
"You know, I used to kill guys for a living."
"I've tried the carrot. Do you want me to get out the stick?"
"You know, it's truly amazing how any organs the body can offer up before it really begins to suffer."
"The longer you're respectful, the longer you'll keep your tongue."
"You have no sense of the terrors I will bring onto you."
"You can scream now if you want to."
"When your eyes go dead, the hell I send you to will look like heaven compared to what I've done to you."
"Shut up, or I shoot you in the mouth!"
"I'm going to hurt you. I'm going to hurt you until you tell me everything."
"Don't think I won't shoot you if you pull that kind of shit again!"
"Shouldn't you say something at least vaguely threatening now?"
"Now, I needn't remind you of the consequences of disloyalty, need I?"
"You should be more afraid of me."
"Now, I'm going to ask you a few yes or no questions while you still have enough blood coursing through your brain to answer them. Are you ready?"
"Before you speak another word, I ask you to consider this: how valuable is your life?"
"I'm not a man to bear a grudge, but if I were, I could make life impossible for you."
"Speak again and I will shoot you in the head."
"You burned me once, now I'm going to burn you."
"Don't ask again or I'll kill you."
"Shout as much as you like. No one could possibly hear."
"One of us is going to bleed tonight, and it isn't going to be me!"
"Where do you want to be shot?"

JJ thanked whatever entity out there that the office was currently empty, save for their team. They'd just gotten back from a case, dropping off relevant files and paperwork before a well-deserved rest, and someone had jokingly mentioned how it would easier if they had another Morgan around to ease the amount of file boxes they had to carry.
Big mistake.
ONE Derek Morgan could be enough, let alone ten of him cluttering the office. Especially since each one seemed to be dumber than the last. How were they making less progress now? Jennifer sighed, hands settling upon her hips.
Blue gaze directed towards the companion beside her, eyebrow raised. " How exactly do we fix this? " The blonde questions tiredly, hoping there was an easy solution.

this isn't what it looks like.
you look like you've got this under control.
am i free to go?
and that's my cue to leave.
we can talk about this like adults.
you've got it all wrong.
sorry, there's a family emergency and i need to go.
something's come up. i can't stay.
you need to let me go.
so this was a set-up.
you head that way, and i'll go this way.
we could try this another time.
that's not at all what i said.
i never promised you anything.
why don't we all just take a deep breath and start over?
i really don't think this is going to work.
can you take a rain check?
this is not what you said would happen.
wait! i can explain everything if you just give me a second!
there's no need to be hostile!
how about we all calm down?
let's just take a second and regroup.
you told me you had this all under control.
yes, well... i may have lied.
so i didn't give you all the details. big whoop.
you're not going to hold that over me, are you?
i think we'd better run.
you can handle this by yourself.
maybe we should talk about this somewhere else.
there's no need to yell.
listen, you're really nice, but i don't think this is going to work.
why don't we try this another day?
i got all dressed up for nothing.
now that's something you don't see every day.
i'm giving you a chance to back down.
put the gun down and we'll talk.
sure, i've made mistakes. who hasn't?
you could have at least prepared me for this.
if you need me, i'll be over here.
i think i hear someone calling my name.
urgent phone call. have to take this.
that's about as much as i can take.
it might be better if i go.
am i interrupting something?
maybe i should go outside.
i'll just leave you to it.
that sounded a lot better in my head.
you call me if you need anything.
you know where i'll be.
i'm not sticking around to find out.
you've got this! i know you do!
i'll just get in the way if i stay.
i'm needed elsewhere.
i'm sure you can handle it.
