Also, some of these pieces are my actual first serious digital pieces (yeah- I made that pomni one even before artfight in July- it's been rotting in my files for a while)

Anyway, this was super fun, and I also made a team for Caine, and I'll probably render it or something!

Now, more details

I established some rules for myself as I made the teams for each character, and each of them had to have-

- one eeveelution: the idea is, since TADC is based on studying characters and their growth, the best pokemon to show the growth of people evolving in different directions is, of course, eevee!

- a pokemon to represent their appearance: since appearances and avatars are a BIG focus for some characters (Pomni learning about her new form, Zooble struggling with their body, Gangle’s whole deal with her mask, etc etc) it made sense to me that have one pokemon that reflects that in their teams

- one to two pokemon linked to SOMETHING that’s related to the character: for example, the fact that Jax always has keys, or Ragatha’s thing with knives, or Kinger and bugs. This can also come from things we know about the characters, that comes from outside the show: Ragatha liking horses, Gangle being a nerd (hence why she gets not only Mimikyu but also two pikachu clones, that also reflect her deal with her masks).

- a pokemon reflecting their main personality trait: yeah, I know, it’s always frustrating when characters get dumbed down to one trait by the fandom. But TADC offers us characters that are very diverse in their ways of presenting themselves, with unique personalities, that also fit in typical roles we’ve all seen before (the mom friend, the charismatic bully, the grouchy one, etc etc). I feel like this over characterization is meant to OVERLIGHT the fact that theyre MORE than just that main trait. And to give it some attention, I tried giving characters mons that reflected their "typical" character trait: a mischievious Gengar for Jax, a duo of shifting plusle and Minun for Gangle, a confused Spinda for Pomni…

- (mendatory): something relevant to plot points in the episodes. That’s how Pomni gets her little Sandile from Caine (after Gummigoo explodes-), or how Zooble gets their giant scolipede (inspired by the gloinks and the gloink queen).

And last rules:

- I’m allowed to twist the Pokémon’s designs a little bit

- each character’s fit should reflect a little bit of their main pokemon

- no one gets a legendary, mythical, ultra beast and what not: they’re normal ass humans, they get normal ass pokemon. For example: Caine, on the other, has a total of 0 completely “normal” pokemon! Since he is NOT a random joe!

- have fun!

So yeah! That’s all the rules that led me to my choices! If you wanna take inspiration from those, go ahead, but yeah! I hope that was fun to read all that, you little freak

Heath Jack (Jax)

The main one of the 3 Heaths.

Jack is a face that many drool over, he bullies all the losers and has a charming image for girls especially. Many want to be friends, many want a chance with him and some want him to die in the worst way possible.

He doesn't accept girls in his group anymore because he says there are already 'too many' girls.

With all this cruelty, he ended up being murdered.

Heath Bug (Kinger)

"Bug" and pink have nothing to do with him, Jack chose it.

Bug Is someone who is very chatty and ends up saying things he shouldn't, whenever he says something unnecessary or something too much he is always shut up by Jack "shut up, man" or "you talk too much, don't you?" leaving him a little embarrassed about what he said.

He's not very smart but he's not that dumb either.

He also doesn't have the right to choose what he wants on Jack's behalf.

Heather Dolly (Ragatha)

The only girl in the group until Pomni joins.

Even with her smiling way, she bullies nerds just like the other two Heaths but in a nice and rude way, I don't know another word to describe it, but imagine someone cursing you but not being brutal when it comes to yelling at you.

She has a lil crush in Jack.

Dolly is smart but doesn't act like a nerd in her group so as not to end up being expelled for good and being another loser among those who are bullied by the Heaths and other bullies.

Even though she is this evil on the outside, inside she needs your help.

Pomni

Pomni is the newest member of the Heaths and the second girl in the group.

She volunteered to join the Heaths so she wouldn't be another loser at the high school, she was rejected at first but she was accepted because she helped ruin other students' lives (she wasn't thinking how bad this is, she just didn't want to be bothered anymore)

She has a romantic interest in Gangle, her best friend. She ends up wavering after joining the most popular group.

She ended up committing murder and faked Heath Jack's death, saying it was a suicide.

Gangle

The nerd and one of the Heaths' main targets of bullying.

Gangle is bullied for being too whiny when her comedy mask breaks, and she has to fix it every day.

Pomni is her best friend but they grew apart a little after she joined the Heaths' group.

With his comedy mask, Gangle is a very happy and communicative person, he loves anime and manga. Without the Mask, she is a closed and whiny person who is always teased and people step on her body because she is too sensitive.

She has several nasty nicknames: Crybaby, 4 eyes, ribbon body and sensitive ribbons

I’m sorry I couldn’t stop laughing when reading 1,2 and 4 😂

I don’t venture to these parts of the internet on my account. I just found it by chance.

Little explanation: personal pass times I have is requesting an AI to write a specific fanfic for me to read.

(Not post-worthy fanfics. It’s just cracky shit that I wanted to read for shits and giggles, but I obviously don’t want to write myself or ask irl people to write).

I decided to see how Capitol AI would write a Pomni x Jax fanfic. And, one thing you should know about this website, is that it would site sources where they got information, like the characters, the show, etc. Even fan contents or fanbase wikipedias. So, when I scrolled down to see which sites it got their material from, I found this.

Hate the ship or not, we can all agree:

- the people on this wiki page, doesn’t actually know who the target audience of the show is.

- zoophilia and bestiality is an outdated and dumb argument for fictional characters. (Do people really think kids want to date animals just because they see different species relationships on TV??)

- The age gap argument is getting stale. (Istg, you can’t even ship a 40 year old with a 30 year old without someone out there considering it as pedophilia these days).

This was just supposed to be a shit post, bc this post is ridiculous and pointless. But, in the middle of writing this, I thought it would be a good opportunity to speak out my opinion.

If anyone here wants to hear the other things I have to say, then continue scrolling:

Can we stop making “puking” posts/slander posts/troll posts just because you don’t like a ship?

Yeah, not every show/story requires romance for it to be good. But, that doesn’t mean we can’t think two characters are cute together. Even if they barely have chemistry, or they’re dynamic is “ToXiC”, or you plainly don’t like it when people change a character’s personality to fit a trope; It’s called FAN content, for a reason.

PLENTY of us are aware that none of the TADC ships are canon. And PLENTY of us are fine with that. Gooseworx has the whole show’s plan in her hands, and no can change her mind on what she can do.

But, we have the HEADcannons and FANarts in ours (emphasis on “head” and “fan”).

We have no control over the show, and that’s fine. Because, we don’t want to change anything in the already perfect show. We just want to come up with silly ideas and silly scenarios. And no one deserves to be slandered or be policed for that.
