Finished some art of Wally for a Welcome Home AU im working on cause i wanna jump on this AU making rollercoaster as well cuz it looks like fun.

Haven't thought of what lore to give this AU yet since i wanna work on the designs for all the characters first before i sit down and use my brain to think of a good story that explains what this AU is about, but the one thing i had done so far is making this AU base the WH cast as different types of Yokai.

I already have sketches as well as what type of Yokai all of the characters will be but i just need to color them, which will be a pain but imma do it cause i really wanna see how they all will turn out and very excited to write about what is about afterwards ehehe.

And as a bonus here are the sketches i made for Wally from when i was deciding on a good design for him.

other than his final design i like 1 and 2 sketch design the most!

I probably could have saved a lot of time by just saying the following.

Out of every character I've written, Boo is probably the one I would aspire to be most like. Their kindness, empathy, and love is the embodiment of the kind of person I would like to be. They are not meek, or timid. They are not a pushover. They stand firm and are very self sure. They have significant faith in their people and even if things go awry or aren't perfect, they hold firm to the belief that they can overcome it by loving them.

I aspire to be like that. All the pretty boys and neat little quirks are cool, but Boo is pretty fucking dope.

And what's neat is...by leaving their background so wide open, sure it is a matter of convenience, but also an invitation for you to imagine a version or piece of yourself that could become that person too.
