unfortunately, I will write this fic and I am writing this fic are two very different things
you can start anytime.
you can brush your teeth in the middle of the day. you can wash the dishes at 2am. you can do things outside the normal times assigned by society.
Cale says he is a bad person, a selfish, stone cold bastard because he spent at least 10 years believing the words he heard on his team funeral and after it.
And he had nobody to say the opposite, nobody who knew him, who cared about him. To prove them wrong, to insist that they are the actual bastards without heart for saying that to a mourning person.
He was alone, terrified of getting close to people again, and thinking that the deaths of his family was all his fault. Of course he thinks he is a bad person.
For him, people that don't protect their family are trash, so he is the worst human being that ever put a foot on the planet.
I think Ryoko Kui being a picky eater is a bit like asexuals writing monster fucking. The things you guys enjoy are already so damn weird why not add monsters.
I actually laughed so hard at this. Cale is so interesting..
part1 ch 85: venions torture arc
So Raon is describing details of how he was tortured to Beacrox and suddenly Cale kicks the chair venion was sitting on.
What I find interesting is that the author does not describe the type of expression Cale has while doing this, all we know is that this action is absolutely fuelled by anger. Its almost comical because he had no logical reason to do this, but what I like the most about it is that Cale is, as always, trying to act nonchalant about it, like he let an intrusive thought win, as if he doesn't feel angry at all, like a scientist simply testing the durability of a product and then turning around like yeah seems good continue????? lmfao
I really need to know how he looked when he did that, would he have a face full of anger? or would it be a more calmer expression but with a Ron-like murderous intent? He clearly didnt mean to interrupt the conversation which makes me believe something took over him and he was just so angry he didnt even realise he had kicked him.
some of my favorite choi han moments are the ones where he explicitly admits that cale is holding his leash.
like that one time the enemy called cale choi han's owner.
and choi han agreed. what's with that?? it's making me feral.
the way choi han takes pride in listening cale's orders. he wants to be good so bad. he's so happy when he can do what cale asks him to.
and this?? he's defying his friend and the future king in front of all of his vassals. telling the absolute ruler of your kingdom in the middle of a crisis that 'cale-nim's orders supersede your own' is ballsy as hell. choi han has no place for politeness when cale's orders are in question.
once again, i'm going absolutely insane at this level of loyalty.
I'm still in the early s2 but why do I feel like Yu Iseol is the one person Chung Myung has the opposite problem with. Like everyone is dying at his training and she's pushing herself too much
Probably because that's what she has to do to get stronger. She understands that and doesn't complain. Honestly, it's probably why she's the second strongest.
That's why I headcanon her as his favorite disciple. She doesn't whine about his training and takes it super seriously. She has a goal and wants to do anything to achieve it, sees him doing the technique she wants to learn, and follows his lead so she can do it eventually.
Also, if you're a big fan of Yu Iseol, you'll get to see her more in this season. 💕
This is what having roommates feels like.
Finn + any pronouns + aroaceMostly lurk, but if I post/reblog it'll be about TCF/LCF or some web novels
