The thing about myths is that ultimately they're just made-up stories. There is no such thing as the most real version, as there is no such thing as the most valid shape of a shadow. Light source changes, and it's completely different again. Historical records of different sources are naturally their own thing, but as far as myths are myths, every variation of the same tale is still just as much another valid variation of it. You can just fucking say whatever.

The earth turns cold and dark and fruitless in the winter because Persephone has returned to the underworld to stay with Hades, and Demeter grieves being apart from her daughter. Ice and frost form beautiful flowers in your windows because Persephone is pegging him.

Honestly I'm surprised nobody's talking about the Fletcher and Ted series on here..

Its shaping up to a be a pretty good story, and despite the voiceovers getting a decent amount of attention, the only traces I've seen on tumblr is the original stories... welp, I suppose I won't be doing much either, but still.

I feel like the world deserves to see this

poor eric only getting an unfinished sketch cameo.. i think a few months after starting freshman year Erics dad would've made him get braces and be all "maybe this will stop you from doing that stupid vampire shit" and being the rebellious kid Eric thinks he is he tried to put on his fake fangs regardless, eventually popping a bracket and needing to get them fixed then after they're taken off he gets a retainer to wear at night but since he's up all night he forgets and they go right back to being crooked huge waste of money and time
