Rats fleeing the sinking ship: @justintrudeau, along with Australia and New Zealand now call for ceasefire and recognize that "Israel" cannot defeat the Palestinian resistance https://t.co/4U9wVxNgf5. pic.twitter.com/yyzg0scIHv

Let's be clear, Western governments are *forced* to slowly withdraw their support for Israel's genocidal campaign, due to:
1- Palestinians' steadfastness
2- Palestinian resistance holding up & seriously hurting Israel's assault
3- Worldwide public pressure

A former pilot and captain in the Israeli occupation army tells the truth and nothing but the truth.

To this day people will cry over the knowledge and works destroyed when the library of Alexandria was burned down.

And yet no tears are shed as Palestinian archives and libraries are bombed.

Saint Porphyrius Church, built in 1150 and the 3rd oldest church in the world has been bombed.

It's not an accident.

Israel aren't simply killing Palestinians, they are trying to erase that there ever were Palestinians in the first place.

Destroying their livelihoods, trying to to destroy their culture and history and pretend this land was never there's.

It's easy to deny someone's existence when there's no record of them.

Which is why it's so important to look at the atrocities and bear witness to what's happening.

But to also recognise that Palestine is more than it's suffering.

There is a living breathing culture, of art, history, literacy which all come from the Palestinians.

Traditions they've carried for centuries.

So while we mourn the dead, we shall fight for the living. Fight for the preservation of their crafts, amplify their voices as they speak on their culture.

Palestinian history and culture is alive. And no matter how much the world wants to erase that, they cannot and will not.

Twitter/X Post states: Police are trampling the candles we brought to honor the 11,200 plus Palestinians that have been killed since October 7th [Image Description: Image of a cop surrounding small, tealit candles that have been stomped on and kicked to the side]. I have provided a video below this this cop doing this, and the person who originally posted on X/Twitter about this, scold the cop for desecrating and destroying a memorial for those who have been killed by the IOF/Israeli military.

this cop also did this to another protestor:

Twitter/X user states in their post: The cop kicking memorial candles for Palestinians is the same one who started pepper spraying Jewish activists. [image description: a person, on the right, was pepper sprayed by the same officer in the video I spoke about, and with whom this X/Twitter user is referring to. He is surrounded by his colleagues, who aren't helping stop this violent act of pepper spraying, and are standing by.]

i remember when Instagram mostly banned me from my account for an entire year after posting about police brutality and its' links to white supremacy and institutionalized violence -it was during the height of the BLM movement after George Floyd was murdered. i remember calling out ex-co-workers at the time and people on social media i was mutuals with at the time for saying 'but it's not all cops, some are good,' and my response to that, and will always be: policing systems do MORE harm than good in communities. cops get little to zero training and are allowed to bear arms and have a licences to maim, injure, and kill people (most of whom, are NOT threats). and it's beyond unacceptable. the amount of funding these fucking systems get too when it can be allocated to programs that ACTUALLY do good.

defund the police.

end the occupation and free palestine!

*also, a few people have noted this, but yes, I believe it appears that the cop spat on the memorial candles too. and the fact he will never be fired and told to give up his badge for doing such a heinous thing is just despicable* -and yes all cops are bad.

Video documents the extensive devastation in Hamad City, south of the Gaza Strip, after a series of massive Israeli airstrikes targeted residential buildings in the area today. The area allegedly designated by 'Israel' as a "safe zone" for Palestinian civilians. [source: @ OnlinePalEng on X, formerly known as Twitter. 12/02/23.]

[Brief video description: the camera pans over a few homes in the residential neighborhood the IOF fired bombs, where a number of houses are torn up from the airstrikes.]
BREAKING: A RESIDENTIAL BLOCK OF 1,000 PEOPLE BOMBED.

Gaza civil defense: a residential block of 1,000 people in the Shejaiya neighbourhood of Gaza, completeld bombed by the occupation.

[souce: @ PalestineNW on X, formerly known as Tritter. 12/02/23.]

[Brief image description: an aerial view of the aftermath of this IOF airstrike -the ground is covered in rubble, and while people are captured walking around in the surrounding area -there are a few gaping holes in the ground.]

Hind Khoudary, a Palestinian journalist, also reported they destroyed 50 peoples homes and many Palestinian people are under the rubble:

A completed neighborhood was wiped off in Khanyounis. Remember the South, the safe area? 50 houses in Al Shujeyeh have been bombed by Israel today.

50 houses.
50.

Thousands remain under the rubble of bombed homes in Gaza.

We say ceasefire now and permanently but we must also be demanding an end to IOF's violent occupation of Historic Palestine -free free free Palestine.

Reblog the fundraisers you mfs!!!!! I don't know why you all skip those to reblog some pic of a banner saying "FREE PALESTINE" or of news from Columbia University! Literally these people from Gaza have made an account on Tumblr and is writing in english to communicate what they need and you all are coming onto my blog or on the tag and not reblogging their posts. We have people both Palestinian and non Palestinian vetting the fundraisers! I mean more the reblogs, more the chance of the fundraisers gaining momemtum, the more there would be a chance of a donation. Please donate if you can and reblog!!! and follow them if it is possible.

@/mohammedayesh has posted about getting leaflets, telling them to evacuate Rafah. They are very low on funds. Go follow them and reblog their posts and donate if possible.

Follow them! They are on tumblr. Reblog their posts and donate. The protests in universities are being done on account of them. They should be our focus.

(EDIT: on re-reading my post it seems as if I am dismissing all that the students of universities are doing. I am not. I just meant, since all of it is to help Palestinians, we must not ignore them when they ask for help).
