I started writing emails to myself in the beginning of quarantine as a way of kind of not going insane. And I realized the type of venting emails that you write out but never plan on sending are the most authentic, real part of your brain that you can capture in that moment, because you’re not worried about how people are going to hear it or how they’re going to perceive you after they hear it… So, basically, the songs that I’ve been writing for the last year have come from the starts of those emails.
emails i can’t send - sabrina carpenter (2022)
i wouldn't know where to start.
sonja and capsize are happy, but some days, there are some things that remind mianite's remaining champion of someone who left mianite years ago.
sonja is happy now, but it doesnt mean she doesn't miss him.
We’re getting pretty close to having adults who weren’t alive during 9/11, and we really need to admit at this point that the overemphasis on 9/11 in the US is just a propaganda machine to indoctrinate the younger generations into nationalism and to justify all the horrible war crimes the US committed in the Middle East, and the continued mistreatment and distrust towards refugees.
Everything is blue
His pills, his hands, his jeans
And now I'm covered in the colors pull apart at the seams
And it's blue. And it's blue.
Everything is grey
His hair, his smoke, his dreams
And now he's so devoid of color
He don't know what it means
And he's blue. And he's blue.

21. When do you think they were at their happiest?
Ooooh, I like this one.
Since I didn’t watch the whole show, I’m basing this off seasons one and two, and also pre-canon. I think Shun was his most happiest when he was with his mom. Even though she was sick/dying, I think Shun really enjoyed talking to her and spending time with her. But after she passed, I think he became his most happiest when he met Skyress. She helped him grieve over his mother, and move forward in life.
8 for julie
8. Your favorite outfit of them
Reporter Julie is my favorite! She looks so mature yet cute at the same time. Would have loved to seen her more
I know we're all talking about "Napkins" and we should, it's an incredible episode and Ayo knocked it out of the park but please, PLEASE, can we give "Ice Chips" its due respect? And not just because the acting is incredible. It's so tightly scripted. "Nothing" happens, it's just a mother and a daughter talking in the delivery room and it's EVERYTHING to me. It made me sob so hard. When Nat says "I don't want to be you", a knife goes through my heart. It's such an incredible episode and definitely in the top 5 episodes of the entire show and I will die on this hill.
