all you fatphobes are getting on my nerves. we’re not saying you need to change your preferences, we’re just saying to stop making people feel less than human just because of their body. you can have preferences, but not prejudices.

a preference would be: i really like when people have bigger hip dips and i love how cellulite looks. a prejudice would be: being (body type) is ugly and gross wah wah. just to put it into perspective.

fat people have been dehumanized for years because of their body, even if they’re completely healthy. different body types are healthy for different people. personally, i was very unhealthy when i was skinnier, but i have so much strength and stamina now even though i’m fatter because that’s what MY healthy body looks like. EVERYBODY’S healthy body looks different because we all have different genetics. also when people are underweight you guys don’t throw an “unhealthy body” tantrum, so it’s clearly not even about health for you guys.

if you prefer something else, that’s your personal preference idc, but crying about how you’re scared of fat people and being hateful as hell doesn’t do anything except embarrass yourselves. if you have the time to sit down and throw tantrums on tumblr about a body type then you genuinely need to go outside. you are grown adults, start acting like it.
