My family consists of seven members: my mother Iman (49 years old), my father Ahmed (54 years old), and my brothers Mohammed (14 years old), Nader (17 years old), and Omar (21 years old).

Due to the devastating war in the Gaza Strip, our homes were completely destroyed and became uninhabitable. We were forced to flee to the south, and we are searching for safety, as we were displaced more than 9 times, suffering from harsh conditions. We suffer from severe shortages of water and food, and my daughter suffers from malnutrition due to the high prices of food and its scarcity, in addition to the closure of the crossings and the ongoing siege.

I used to work as a car technician, but my workplace was completely destroyed. We are now in dire need of collecting donations to finance our travel to a safe country. The cost of travel is between $6000 and $7000, which is a huge amount that we cannot afford.

We ask for your support and assistance in these difficult circumstances. Even a small contribution can make a big difference in our lives.

We struggle daily to survive in an environment filled with threats and dangers.

I lost our sole source of livelihood when my tech startup, which I built with dedication and hard work, was destroyed in the war. My children, Layan, Sarah, and Adam, have been deprived of education after their schools were destroyed, severely threatening their future. Amidst these harsh circumstances, my wife gave birth to our fourth child, Amir, in the midst of the war, adding to our state of despair and hopelessness.

My wife, Enas, lives in constant anxiety due to the destruction of hospitals in our area. I have lost my job and source of income, leaving me unable to provide for my family's needs and safety. Our home was destroyed by the war, forcing us to flee repeatedly and rendering us homeless.

We now face extreme difficulty in providing a safe place to live, clean clothes, and food for our children. Additionally, our children have contracted diseases like measles, and our son Adam has been diagnosed with viral hepatitis.

Our only hope now is to escape this ongoing nightmare and find a safe haven for our family. However, this requires exorbitant financial costs; the coordination fees for crossing the borders amount to $5000 per adult and $2500 per child, a sum I cannot afford alone.

We urgently appeal for your moral and financial assistance to cover the necessary costs for escaping to a safe environment, where we can build a better future for our children and ensure our family's safety.

We are in desperate need of your support. Any donation, no matter how small, can help save our lives. Thank you for your attention and support during these harsh times.

This is SO funny because apparently Ivor Chipkin just posted a bunch of names on the speaker list without even contacting them to ask if they would participate like what in the world??? Yusra is a mother, and wants to get her and her daughter Maryam out of Gaza and into Egypt to be able to rebuild their lives. Her daughter was doing very well in school and had dreams and wishes for her life. Yusra was working hard, you can see her work in these pictures, to create a stable life for herself and her daughter.

Yusra and Maryam are now forced to live in fear, first fleeing to Yusra's parents' home, then to multiple shelters, and being displaced to Rafah and most recently to Khan Younis. The family has been displaced four times in total, and under conditions where they have limited access to water, food, power, and internet, and while under the threat and fear of bombing and Israeli attacks.

Can you imagine living with no access to basic necessities, while being terrified that you may not see tomorrow? Knowing that your child isn't safe, but being powerless to protect her? Due to the devastating war in Gaza, our homes were completely destroyed 🏚️, leaving us without a place to live. We were forced to flee south in search of safety, but that safety has been elusive. We have been displaced more than nine times, often finding ourselves in the line of fire, with military airstrikes occurring near our temporary shelters.

The hardest part is seeing the fear in my little daughter Iman's eyes 😔. We are now living in a shelter that is unfit for human habitation. The place is overrun with garbage 🗑️, with no proper sanitation, and the environment is extremely unhealthy. Because of these terrible conditions, my daughter Iman has fallen ill 🤒, and my parents’ health has also deteriorated.

We are trapped in southern Gaza, far from our home, which was completely destroyed, and we have no place to return to even if the war ends 🏠. Our most urgent need now is to escape the diseases and epidemics that are threatening us. After the World Health Organization announced cases of polio in Gaza, we feared for Iman's life and vaccinated her against this deadly disease on September 2, 2024 💉.

The only solution is to find refuge in a safe country like Egypt, where we can receive the medical care we desperately need 🚑. However, the cost of travel is between $6,000 and $7,000, a sum far beyond our means 💸.

We urgently need your help to save our family. Even a small contribution can make a huge difference in our lives 🌟.
