Also, about the moment of Shouto thinking “I?” It’s because Deku uses the pronoun 僕 (boku) here, which is used mostly by young boys. It’s a masculine pronoun, so it’s strange to Todoroki that a girl would use it. I’m sure he’ll figure it out soon!
