Your Kytoul evolved into Geistipede at level 27! Geistipede are fast and quiet pokemon, flying through the trees and are very hard to find in the wild. They're attracted to chaos and unruly beings, though, finding the chaotic and wild antics of mortals amusing to watch and observe.
Spooky bug with floating legs!
Centigeist is based on centipedes, ghosts, clairvoyants, and a very special buggy boy from @dawn-khee love her.
Still not normal Listen for these two I have an never leaving AU for them since uh I don't think the ending of Dino Charge was that good. Neither really is the actual story for how Heckyl became the Dark Ranger. But canon can't hurt me so I take matters into my own hands Both Heckyl and Snide bond to the Navy Energem, and become regular round the Cafe (Mostly Heckyl, but I HAD to draw Snide in the waiter outfit, he'd probably be chill about it). Putting Snide in a shirt both saves on drawing and gives Snide a place to put his name tag lol.
You might get your foot stuck in a Hodgebodger den! Hodgebodgers are incredibly defensive of their burrows, making them long and elaborate to discourage pokemon from entering. Anything that does gets attacked viciously and without mercy. AND WE ARE BACK LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, My laptop is fixed, my tablet works amazingly. I'll be back to making pokemon at a normal speed very very soon!
Now that you've chosen your starter, your journey into the Mulvera Region can truly begin! From mountains to Forests to even a desert, there are plenty of places to explore and find brand new pokemon!
You've chosen the Fire Starter Neighby! Neighby are curious and inquisitive pokemon, wanting nothing more than to learn more about the world they live in. Their tails aren't made of real fire, but they do contain the fire organ that they use to channel fire through their horns.
Neighby definitely still follows the usual fire type chinese zodiac pattern with the horse, but it's definitely going to get better from here on out.
Neighby is based on colts, unicorns, and the chinese zodiac.
Neighby comes from Neigh and baby.
Arriving at Mercera Town, you can challenge the first gym leader of Mulvera, Addison! Addi uses Dark type pokemon, with a fondness for the Mulveran Lucario Line. She's a bit standoffish and finds a lot of perky new trainers boring, but beating her will gain you her respect. She wears a mask like Mulveran Lucario's, and it almost seems like she knows what's under one's mask. She's not going to tell you, however. I finally got over a bad bout of Art Block to give y'all Mulvera's first gym leader! After this we'll get you some more pokemon and maybe...some nasty faces. @rhythmicmultimuse for her Addi knowledge and Mulveran Riolu suggestion.
QUACK!

You've chosen the water type Surfpent!
Surfpent's scales are rubbery and flexible, allowing it to swim easily and survive in cold water climates. They can swim to unfathomable depths with ease.
Surfpent features a unique Hidden Ability, Rubberize, which turns all normal type moves it uses into Bouncy type moves! What the heck is the Bouncy type? Perhaps you'll learn more with Surfpent's evolutions!
Surfpent is based on water snakes and scuba divers.
Surfpent comes from Serpent and Surf.
Your Surfpent has evolved into Scubale at level 16! Scubale are made for the deep sea, living there almost exclusively. They make air bubbles from ocean vents, and they use their tails like blades against prey.
Scubale are also one of the first Bouncy type pokemon you can encounter in the Mulvera Region!
Scuba snake goes pretty hard. Personally this line is my choice of starter if Mulvera was a real region, and I'm excited for you all to see the final evolution! Scubale is based on water snakes, scuba divers, and Big Daddies from Bioshock, with the shiny coloration being specifically based on the Rosie Variant.
Scubale comes from Scuba and Scale.
