Things that need further elaboration in Gaston:

1. Gaston’s passion for interior decorating 2. Gaston’s dietary habits and the devastating inflation they’re causing in the egg economy 3. “In a wrestling match nobody bites like Gaston.” What in the name of kinky subtext everywhere

so i’m actually reading the comics now and for those of my followers who are just into the movie and not delving beyond, here’s a few things

1) they first bonded in a church and when they return there venom refers to their bonding as “like a marriage”

2) they call each other “my love,” “my darling,” and are affectionate towards each other

3) they’ve had like… 5, 6 kids now? they’re dads. venom actually wanted eddie to raise one specifically because he wanted it to be raised right.

4) in the latest issue, venom tells eddie he loves him

5) venom actually tries to fix psychological damage as well as physical so he actively tries to help eddie live a healthy life mentally as well

6) venom has bonded with others in the comics but eddie is stated to be the best person for him. 

7) please observe the following gremlin expression venom makes when he’s trying to find eddie after being separated
