Laela’s Milestones at 6 Months Old🚼

“OMG how is she half a year old already😱It blows my mind of all the things she can do at such a young age🤯

She can now crawl, sit up, put teething rings in her mouth (as she’s already teething), eating solids but is not a huge fan of it, practicing to say mama or dada (having a harder time saying mama tho😣) & LOVES playing peekaboo🥰

That’s all that she’s doing at th is stage in life but there’s many more to come😁”

Meet My BFFs Kaylee & Kristyn👩🏻👩🏻‍🦰

“These here are my besties since forever. Well actually let me take you back☺️

The year was 2007 at the young of 5 & just started kindergarten. That’s where I first met Kaylee. Then in 2009 at the age 7 we both met Kristyn in the same class we were both in😁

To let you in on a bestie secret just between me & you. Kaylee didn’t like Kristyn at first as she was too “nerdy” for her which was weird for to say because she was actually nerdier than she was lmao😂Like make it make sense😅

We went from strangers to BFFs in a span of 15+ years & now we’re all mothers. How wonderful could life be atm🥹

The Relationship of Natalie, Bryson & Their Niece Laela👩🏼🧑🏽🩷👧🏼

“Hey it’s me, Bryson!!

These are just some of the pics of Natalie, I & Laela’s relationship from the past 2 years over but here’s a summary in words of how it went😊

Meeting Laela for the first time as a newborn was exhilarating for me (I don’t know what it was like for Nat lol😅). Growing up I HATED being the youngest in our family. Getting babied & having everyone in your family treat like one for years even after being in school was TOOO much😫

So having a sibling would’ve made things a lot easier for me growing up but alas that day never came unfortunately😞The day I heard the news I was gonna be an uncle made it seem things were possible that I’d stop getting babied & it DID😁

I was so happy but also weirded out of how young of an uncle I’d be but that didn’t mattered to me😌Being an uncle to a little baby was something I’ve always dreamt about & that was it. I wished I would’ve been there for the birth of my niece but it was late I was already in bed & tired for the day🥺

It wasn’t until weeks later until I was able to hold her for the first time EVER in my arms. She was the cutest thing I EVER did see. Her eyes were so tiny, dark & cute that they were closed half of the time I was there anyway so too bad about me not being able to see her beautifully cute eyes while they were open😩

That time Natalie & I were both there so we had to share who was gonna hold her. I can’t remember but I believe I held her first so HA I beat you to it Nat😆Just kidding just kidding😂

As time went on little Lae Lae got bigger & bigger & so did our little friendship we were making🥹It wasn’t long until she starting walking & then talking. So now she can hold conversations longer than both me & Natalie can😅”

The Last Weeks of Me Being Pregnant🤰🏽

“These were the last few weeks of me being pregnant & giving birth to Laela back in 2020. It was pretty hard but also very chill as I’ve only wanted a home birth so not going to the hospital to give birth wasn’t a problem for us😌

Our doula almost came late but got here on time as Laela was getting ready to come out into the world. We’re actually friends with our doula who’s been very helpful in our pregnancy journey with our children (IYKYK)”

Finding Out Being Parents for the First Time as Teen Parents😖

“Finding out that we were gonna become first time parents as teens is something no parent of ours would like to hear come out of our mouths. Yes we’re older teens but we’re also considered adults at the ripe young age of 18 & 19 years old.

I was so scared at the time because I know my parents are gonna be more so disappointed than actually angry at me because they’ve gone through the same thing we have but a little younger so they understood what it was like for us🥺 Kayson’s parents on the other hand not so much as they’re stricter than my parents & had rules that even my family could NEVER even consider having😣

The first of having to get ultrasound was confirmation enough as soon as I heard the heartbeat I just knew I was pregnant. The second time I go I had to go by myself as C-19 had approached so I had to go by myself but as soon as the appointment was done & went home. I immediately had to show Kayson the first EVER pic of our baby. He was so shocked & excited to finally to get see who he’s speaking to at night lol😂

Then that same day but at night he was having second thoughts of having to tell his parents about the news as it’s been weeks since he hasn’t told them about the news. I reassured him in saying that when you’re ready to tell them, you can. It’s not up to them. It’s up to YOU😌

“We knew that most babies started walking younger but for some reason Laela just didn’t have the courage or had the strength to start walking younger than so yeah. This was the moment that she finally walked for the first time ever and succeeded. We were so proud of her😁
