Lanxi Zhen manhua actually explore more about Wuxian's job. What exactly is it and why he's doing it. In this scene, Wuxian consulted Laojun if its okay to intervene and hurt the Elfins that are making troubles. Laojun said its fine but Wuxian will become their target of hatred in return. Then Laojun's disciple suggested why not make Wuxian do the attacking because he don't have restrictions and Laojun will do the helping because he can't harm the Elfins but they can't announce that they are working together.
