I just want to remind you that sometimes your life really doesn't begin until you are 26+... Romanticizing and obsessing over our youth is harmful. Growing up is beautiful. Discovering who you are and how you interact with the world is a gift. Maturing and learning what you truly want out of life and living in that purpose brings fulfillment and peace. Your life is not over in your early 20's because you haven't figured it out yet, it's just beginning.
you’re not touching them.
[ID: A digital painting of Cassie Sandsmark, Tim Drake, Bart Allen, and Conner Kent from DC Comics. Cassie is in tank top and jeans, as well as bracers and star earrings; Tim is in his Red Robin outfit. Kon and Bart are in between Cassie and Tim, seemingly unconscious; they’re in various shades of pastel, though it’s desaturated and see-through where Cassie holds them with her other hand. Cassie and Tim hold an arm out protectively in front of them, Cassie with a clenched fist and Tim with his staff, glaring at the viewer End ID.]
Today I saw this poster near my maths class. I did not want to witness a transgender politics debate but still thought a contribution could be wonderful thus I printed this Gabriel. I think it wins the debate with flying colours
I can see why the transgender community really enjoyed ultrakill, it hit all of their favorite points: drum n bass, the consumption of blood, shooting cool ass guns at demons, gm_construct, endless violence and killing, the tension between that which is mechanical and that which is divine. There’s even a robot in a skirt
I think an underrated horror trope is “insular christian cult worshipping something that slowly reveals itself to be Very Much Not God”. I think it speaks something to the bastardized nature of american christian sects like southern baptist and others. I think in a lot of ways the way colonialism pairs with christianity in the americas really makes it demonic in ways that horror makes powerful statements about.
