You’ve probably heard of runes and you’ve probably seen them throughout popular culture media, - they’re often used in fantasy based television shows and films. It is likely that the runes you have seen are Elder Futhark Runes (old Norse ones - we’ll cover that later) but the ones featured in this post, are Witches Runes. They’re often inscribed on stones or used in rituals.

Some tips for casting spells that you should remember to get the best results always :)
• be energised, if you have low energy chances are your spell won’t work as well as you’d imagine
• Be happy! Negative energies from you can be transferred into your spells and rub off a bad vibe
• always be confident when doing your spells, make sure you have researched everything you are about to do and you are not afraid of anything as fear is one of the lowest vibrations we feel and can easily attract negative energies and spirits
• be alone, if you live in a house with others who are not witches it’s best to do your spells when you are alone and you know nobody will walk in and disturb you from your work
• always preform spells with pure intentions, as any joking around or showing off could affect your magick or might offend spirits if you are doing spirit magick

On September 29th, there will be the 4th and final super moon of the year! It's the perfect time to take advantage of that energy!
Journal- write down the things you need to release, and then (safely) burn them. I like to burn a candle at the same time, seal the ashes in a jar with the candle wax with rosemary and peppercorn and then throw it out to get rid of it.
You can also do the same thing with things you want to bring into your life, burn them, put the ashes in a jar with things that match your intent, seal with wax and then put it somewhere you'll be able to see it consistently.
Charging your Crystals
Visualization Meditation- full moons are routinely utilized for manifestation. Sitting in the moonlight and meditating on your intentions and setting your goals goes a long way!
And of course, don't forget to stock up on your moon water!
Another thing, I like to do a ritual bath for an extra boost!

We all love our witchcraft but sometimes you’re just too tired to do some certain things so here is a list to help make a busy witches life a little easier.
• too exhausted to make a sigil? Go onto sigilscribe.me and it creates a perfect sigil for you all you need to do is charge it!
• if you wear glasses enchant them so when you wear them when your tired they will help your eyes more
• when casting a circle do it metaphorically instead of lying down crystals, stones, salt etc.
• use music lyrics if you are too tired to create a spell
• want to increase or decrease things? Stir tea clockwise (increase) anti-clockwise (decrease)
• enchant your bed on a good energy day so on a low energy day it may help
• make little pre-made ritual and spell kits/bags so when you need to preform something all your measured ingredients and supplies are already there
* Happy enchanting 🖤✨🌙
Wash an egg in cold water and, with a pencil, write the name of the person afflicted with bad dreams.
Put the egg in a dish, then place it on a nightstand close to the sleeping place of the person.
If the egg cracks or breaks, flush it down the toilet. Repeat the spell until the egg stays intact for 7 days. Flush the remaining egg.
Before going to sleep, hold a citrine tightly in your dominant hand and chant:
Stone of joyful yellow light
I give my dreams to you tonight
Grab the bad ones, the rest leave free
So that I may dream peacefully
Place the stone under your pillow.
To eradicate nightmares, empower three mullein leaves with the following chant, then place them under your mattress.
Herb of mullein, now absorb
Unpleasant dreams before they form
Bring to me a restful sleep
As I will, so mote it be
