what the fuck wait i just remembered i shifted last night??????

seriously this was random but i used my hmm method RIGHT after some DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP ass meditating where i just laid there and tired my body for sleep, then i simply did that hmm method and i got in the trance state so quickly, i felt like my body was slipping off, and my dumbass said "let's shift" and the next thing i know is i shifted somewhere????

like i don't remember, it was weird, i just remembed seeing a very sudden bright of flash light and- mf i'm writing this at an angel number, 3:33.

btw guys, the silva method>>>> anyways i didn't continue, so i shifted somewhere which was my room but not my room.

and then i didn't care much ab it and just laid down to sleep again, and just rn i went back to the memory and it clicked.

mf i had shifted to one of my DR bedrooms for like a couple of mins-

AND GUESS WHICH IT WAS? SPIDERVERSE, BUT SINCE I SCRIPTED MY BEDROOM THERE TO LOOK SIMILAR TO MINE IN MY CR MY DUMBASS DID NOT SEE IT WAS A SHIFT, HOW DID I REALIZE IT WAS MY DR BEDROOMS? i remembered seeing a poster there that i was so confused was on my walls, so i didn't care and slept back, and just a while ago i was zoning out looking at the same spot and it clicked me.

SO YEAH, I SHIFTED LAST NIGHT, BY MY GODDAMN HMM METHOD PAIRED WITH MY SUBLIMINAL BEFORE BED.

Hi, so I failed my tests and tomorrow reports are coming out I am stressing so much and I basically want to revise it any tips?

HI ML, so, revising it not hard at all unless u make it be, first, put stress aside.

Sounds hard but I know, it needs time, second, take a step back and tell yourself it's alright, you're going to do it.

Now go about your day REMINDING yourself that you already got your desired results, simply say:

"I've passed every test, why should I care?"

Yes.

Now hold on and listen.

The body is designed on it's best suit, it is designed to function completely normally, and let me ask, if something functions on it's own and grows on it's own, surely knows how to fix something?

For example, get someone and tell him to build a glass doll, then a month later tell him that there's a fault with one of the doll hands and it needs fixing since it broke, what would the dollmaker do? Of course fix it because he had created them and therefore it's easy for him to fix them when it's just glue and some other.

Same for your body.

If there's a fault for it, the information on fixing it back to it's state is already in your subconscious mind, but by feeding the conscious mind fear, the cancer let's say, only grows, because nothing goes against it, since the belief that cancers can't be cured.

I swear I'm not just saying this for funnies or what, but the amount of these terminal diseases results I've heard is so astounding, I for once saw it by getting my grandmother back to her feet from a sudden large cancer that the doctor previously had said it was almost impossible for it to go.

And it did, you understand me love? I know these health things sound hard but believe me it's all in your hand, ever wondered how the hell some people do things with no side effects? Some people can literally glue their eyes on screens for 24/7 and have no problem with their eyesight meanwhile others have, it's all in the belief your body heals you immediately whenever there's something wrong.

Ever wondered how that one kid in class almost never seems to catch a cold or get sick? Easy, because they simply believe it doesn't affect them, and even if the virus of a common flu got to them? There's already enough antibodies that immediately shut it down.

The hypnagogic state is a state where we naturally go into before sleeping, a sweet spot moment before sleeping and still being awake, a state where it is so powerful to be able to shift, get in the void, or basically do anything.

Now it requires NOTHING, it only requires one small thing that might sound tricky.

Staying awake long enough for it to come by on it's own, and actually on average it takes 10-5 mins from each person to enter it aware.

The steps:

Lay flat on your back (not needed, but many results come from laying on the back)

Do. Not. Care, just go with what you usually do to fall asleep, but one thing? You're not falling asleep, you're watching your body fall asleep, that sweet spot where your body is about to fall asleep? That's hypnagogia

Actually don't move, it may give your mind signs you're still not sleeping, now just lay there and try not to sleep while focusing on the blackness behind your eyelids.

You will start seeing flashing images or swirly things or even just flashing lights and imagery, this is the hypnagogia and you managed to reach it in just 10 mins of pretending to be asleep (acc it takes me 4)

Bam, that's the sweet spot, now affirm slowly for the void, or just sense your surroundings for shifting or maybe you can try your shifting method here! This state cannot argue back, you'll be immediately shifting in no time, and slipping in the void is so easy from it.

So really the whole steps is just "lay down, don't move, watch your eyelids, color seen? Hypnagogia reached, method or void procedure done, bam."

I managed to find a post on Reddit on how to keep your body awake, you can try 2 or 3 of them to keep yourself entertained, FULL CREDITS TO THE ONE WHO POSTED IT ON REDDIT (calaie_iscoolio):

"1. Looking in the darkness behind your eyelids

Basically what it says, when you close your eyes, just focus on the darkness until hypnagogic imagery begins to happen i.e. colors, shapes, literally anything that will show. When images begin to show up, do not interact or acknowledge what you are seeing, you can look at it, but don't try to control it and just let the images flow until you feel that the state is induced enough to where it won't disappear because you are "too" awake/aware.

2. "Forearm Up" Method

Another technique that basically helps with people who tend to fall asleep to quickly, basically lay down on your back like usual, lift your hand up in the air where your elbow is resting on your mattress, keep it there and as it slowly falls down that's where you'll begin to fall asleep, it'll drop and basically awake you back up.

I had also seen a shifter mention that they prefer to lay on their stomach and lifting their foot up in the air and basically do the same thing. This technique basically just wakes you back up.

3. Thomas Edison Method

Very similar to the "Forearm Up" Method, basically what Edison had done was he had held a steel ball in his hand, and when he began to fall asleep, the ball will drop and alert Edison awake, another technique to help with people to struggle to stay awake.

4. Imagine Constant Motion

Basically imagining something whether that be an animal or an object constantly moving like a horse galloping, a dogs tail wagging side to side, etc. (Pretty simple, for people who find it much easier to visualize).

5. Tire your body through out the day

During the day, you could do any tasks that would just tire your body out that leads up to your attempt to induce the state, it'll make it much easier for you to get into the state and induce it since your body is already tired enough to relax.

6. Repeating "hypnagogia"

This will mean you have you just repeat the words "hypnagogia" to yourself till you get tired enough and then hypnagogic imagery will eventually appear.

7. Counting

Basically just like regular shifting methods, you could focus on counting up to how much you want to until you begin to get the hypnagogic hallucinations, to keep yourself from falling asleep you could give yourself simple math questions just so it's enough to focus to answer it.

8. Imagining Randomness

Imagine literally anything that isn't related at all, i.e. horse, roof, apple, pen, desk, etc. Visualize and filter through random objects or animals that have no correlation and that will induce the hypnagogic imagery, randomness is key.

9. Focus on breathing

Similar to any shifting method, basically focusing on your breaths is another technique to induce the state. Literally just anything to keep your awareness occupied rather than letting your mind just shut down to go to sleep.

10. Sounds

Listening to anything in your environment, whether that be things happening outside, if it's raining listen to the rain, or if you've got headphones on listen to the music and focus that, keep your focus on the music so you don't fall asleep.

11. "Playing" a song in your head

Not necessarily listening to the song, but imagining the song playing in your head, whether that be your favorite song, if you know how it sounds like, imagine it playing and once you've entered the state, it will naturally play and you'll end up actually hearing the song.

12. Heartbeat

Basically just focus on your heartbeat. Listen to the amount of beats.

These are all the various of techniques you could use, you don't have to stick to one and can basicaally try them out, see which one you feel like works for you and go from there. A tip is also you could pick like 4 or 5 out of these 12 and just filter through the techniques if you can't just stick to one since you get uninterested quickly. (I get bored easily, do I normally do 8, 9, 7 and 4 just so I don't lose interest.)"

I did everything but I can't able to induce void, sleep paralysis, lucid dream,astral project, self hypnosis and I can't able to manifest EVEN small things. Why I did everything? Don't tell me to presist b4 I was very confident presisted but nothing happened. Why?

Actually my answer is not to persist πŸ§πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Persistence is only for those who KNOW it's their problem that they won't persist but won't do anything, now, for people like you who have no idea why they are like this let me help.

So I made a post some time ago about blockages and desperation, and how each fear can ruin your chances at everything.

Sit down somewhere and just really as yourself, let go for once and don't think of persisting or whatv

"what is my block that is stopping me?"

There's not shame to admit you still need time to understand yourself and your limits, what is blocking you? Fear? Too much worry? Boredom? Like you get easily bored and give up too soon? Skeptic if it can work? Comparison between others on why they got theirs and you didn't? Deadlines and desperation?

Find it, and really talk with yourself, talk with your inner self, why's that? And go to the root of it, why am I like this, how can put it away? After you fount the root of the problem, acknowledge it and face the fear, then gently let it pass.

Whenever you remember manifestation, simply say "but I'm already a master at it, why would I fear it?"

This method can just slowly help you built up and break the root of the problem, good luck!

HOW DO U NOT FALL ASLEEPP LIKE I GENUINELY CANNOT STAY AWAKEE WHEN IM SHIFTING LIKE EVEN WHEN I DO IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY WHERE IM FULL OF ENERGY I STILL GET SLEEPYYY

OKAY SOOOO.

I have three weird techniques:

Plunge your hand in cold water before trying, this can maybe help you prolong the feeling not to sleep beforehand.

Open your eyes VERY LIGHTLY once or twice, and yeah you absolutely can, it won't ruin anything.

Eat an apple beforehand, it says to help against awareness, or coffee or anything that is able to fight against sleepiness.

Btw you can try sleep methods πŸ§πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

the only thing ive done differently from it is suggesting "i shift instantly through daydreaming" bo thats how i wish to shift

ive done your method twice now (once last night and once the night you posted it) and its been SUPER GOOD

i havent shifted YET ☝🏽 ik i will but whenever i do your method i feel so extremely relaxed and floaty and like disconnected in a sense especially after when i lay down to just think of my dr and sleep

So, I actually entered the void with it after I posted it πŸ’€, well actually woke up with it, I posted ab it just today and honestly I DID not expect it to work this quick for me.

For three days I used my method just simply saying "I always wake up in the void" bc I felt like I don't wanna enter, and yesterday I woke up in it just like that and holy sh it was easy asf.

BTW IF YOU SHIFT (WHICH U WILL) YOU HAVE TO SEND ME UR SUCCESS HERE, I NEED TO READ IT, AND LITERALLY WRITE A WHOLE ASS PARAGRAPH AB IT I LOVE SUCCESS STORIES.
