ok so now think of one native american cartoon character you know of or a sports team relating to native americans whether it’s their actual name or their team logo, or a town you live in or near with a “native” name bet a lot of these things came to you right away i bet you didn’t even have to think 

needing native representation in media, education and government are not decoy issues, the commercialization and appropriation of native cultures are not decoy issues, the lack of native representation is institutional oppression at work

every time i listen to “you’re a mean one mr. grinch” i can’t help but sit there and think “what did the grinch do to hurt you?” because dude just stands there for 2 minutes and 58 seconds and drags the grinch into the dirt

You are a princess and a queen, a prince and a king. Your emotions are serious, regardless if you are on your period or not. You can be nice as you please, or you can live without a care in the world. You can shave your body, or let the hair grow. You can have a small or big chest, you can have a beard, and it doesn’t matter if what’s in your pants isn’t what is expected. Rock that body. Do with it what you please. Nothing makes you less of a woman. You are enough.

Dear nonbinary people: You are beautiful. If afab, you can bind or not, it’s up to you. If amab, you can rock facial hair. You don’t have to be androgynous, but you can if you want to. You are not just a ‘special snowflake’. You are much more than your identity. You can color your hair and chop it all off, or you can leave it its natural color and let it grow as long as you please. Your body shape is perfect no matter how it looks or changes. You are the monarchs of the world, but you can call yourself a queen, king, prince or princess. You can use binary pronouns, or use ones that are incredibly obscure. You don’t have to live up to anyone’s expectations but your own. Nothing makes you less of a person. You are enough.

I Got called lord to day that made me so happy because someone actually used my right pronouns for today and he is a classmate since we are both face to face he didn't really know what genderfluid was when I told him and then I had to explain to him and he understood it he doesn’t know how happy he made  today.
