*Takes you by the shoulders* I ADORE character profiles and character trivia and likes and dislikes sections. I love knowing this ruthless, heartless, cruel man of a character has a childish dislike for mandarin oranges. I believe in the inherent beauty of all characters, no matter the background or moral stance, being made fundamentally human by assigning them insignificant culinary preferences. I stand by the supremacy of humanizing villains by giving them relatable tastes and trivial interests and ordinary hobbies. I treasure the hidden reminders that everyone is inherently human even when everything else we know about a character might suggest the contrary.
Like. Love doesn’t transcend severance but grief does. Grief changes you in a way love doesn’t, like. Like even if you remove the memory of loss, grief remains, but if you remove the object of affection, love doesn’t. Like. Innie Mark wakes up in the elevator every day knowing his outtie has been crying before work and feeling a certain void that he doesn’t know how to satisfy or express with the vocabulary of limited emotions he has been given. But like when he sees Ms Casey, she sparks no emotion or memory. But also grief is like. A sadder word for love. So maybe she does. So maybe Mark’s grief finds a home in Helly’s face. Like
do you get me?

«A horrifying morning. A blast of cold air jotted me awake to find myself not lying in bed, but standing upright on the roof with icicles stuck to my face, shivering, nearly blue from hypothermia, peering down at the ground far below. Bill brought me here. I know he could have made me jump. But he didn’t. Why? То send a message: that I’m his toy.»
Can’t believe Abbacchio was the first girlie to have bluetooth headphones
KUSAKABE IS DOING WHAT?? KUSAKABE WHO IS AFRAID OF DEATH? KUSAKABE WHO WOULD CHOOSE FLIGHT OVER FIGHT?(which is smart of course)KUSAKABE WHO WOULD MAKE UP ANY EXCUSE POSSIBLE TO AVOID WORK?
I like the idea that Bill still can use his powers, but because his physical form is different, he has to use other methods to invoke them: rune magic, blood magic, incantations, etc. It also requires a lot of practice and patience.
