Like. Love doesn’t transcend severance but grief does. Grief changes you in a way love doesn’t, like. Like even if you remove the memory of loss, grief remains, but if you remove the object of affection, love doesn’t. Like. Innie Mark wakes up in the elevator every day knowing his outtie has been crying before work and feeling a certain void that he doesn’t know how to satisfy or express with the vocabulary of limited emotions he has been given. But like when he sees Ms Casey, she sparks no emotion or memory. But also grief is like. A sadder word for love. So maybe she does. So maybe Mark’s grief finds a home in Helly’s face. Like
do you get me?
We are witnessing the grotesque reality of the martyred Palestinians and thousands of their massacred children being written off as mere afterthoughts. The way western media outlets steadfastly refuse to call the Israeli aggression and onslaught for what it is, which is genocide and ethnic cleansing, is just another way of dehumanizing Palestinians.
Yk what, if I could be paid to get degrees, I would do it forever. I loved studying. I want to study like minimum 5 other things. Someone pay me to be smart and alone, please
It’s sad that JoJo is really good at countering toxic masculinity in its source material but the fandom response is often just plain stereotyping. Shipping characters and having headcanons is great and all but if you look at a JoJo character and assume they’re gay based on their APPEARANCE and MANNERISMS alone you actually have a problem. Seriously, fans who post screenshots of JoJo characters simply dressing flamboyantly or doing ANYTHING remotely not stereotypically masculine with the caption “HOW CAN ANYONE ARGUE THEY’RE STRAIGHT” takes years off my lifespan.
If you're having trouble keeping up with what's going on in Palestine because of US news coverage of university protests, here are some articles you can read and a video you can watch:
While CNN & all the other mainstream media try to paint the university protests as "pro terrorism" (which they're not, they're literally anti-war protests.) Palestinians are being slaughtered by the minute.
Please don't stop speaking about Palestine.
is it really worth it : /
I am consuming a media and you are going to hear about it
