Pokrovsk right now đź’” russian army is a few kilometers away and is getting closer every day.
That does answer my answer greatly, thank you for the reply and explanation.
For your only child MikeyAU Do Lieutenant or Brute have some reservations on letting Raph become a host for the armor? Like they got attached to him after a few years together.
I’d probably say that Raph is kind of in the same boat as Casey (who was also taken into the Foot at a young age) in that Lieutenant and Brute sort of take on a mentor role and they definitely care for his well-being, but aren’t proper substitutes for parents. They treat Raph less like their child and more like an employee (to emphasize this, Raph wears a disguise and works at the Foot Shack lol). Raph is pretty much given free reign around New York as long as he doesn’t attract too much attention to himself.
Also, because they are a cult, they see Raph’s destiny to become the Shredder as genuinely amazing; they aren’t doing it with malicious intent (not that that excuses it, of course, because it’s still bad for Raph) , but because it’s the highest honor one can have in the Foot, and since he works so hard, and is naturally durable, it makes perfect sense for them to pick him.
Hope that answers it!

Is Hound colorblind like dogs? How does this go over with Mirage since he's one of the more artsy ones?
I never actually thought of that! I imagine yeah, he’s colorblind, and makes up for it with sharper vision for nocturnal missions.
Mirage honestly doesn’t have an issue with it, he’d be a little downcast initially when it would seem that Hound can’t enjoy most of his work, but then he figures out what colors Hound sees most brilliantly, and maybe that explains why his suit is mostly in shades of
(It’s Hound’s favorite color and the one he can best appreciate in its full splendor)
Israel claimed Yahya Sinwar was hiding in tunnels beneath hospitals and among women and children.
The truth was, he faced them head-on in Gaza while Israel targeted civilians and bombed hospitals, schools, refugee camps, and markets.
Israel has only immortalized him. Fearless, armed, and leading from the front, face-to-face—no retreat, no hesitation, no hiding.
Yahya Sinwar was born in 1962 in a refugee camp in Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip. His family were among more than 700,000 Palestinians who were displaced during the 1948 Nakba, at the hands of Israel.
He resisted and fought for his people till the very end. What a legend.
it’s “funny” to read tweets about Sam and Bucky supposedly respecting Lemar more than John when it’s not fucking true. Most of the time they did not perceive his existence and did not react to his death in any way, forgetting about him after a second, and also Bucky got out of the car when Lemar says “battlestar”, and you praised this behavior when he literally showed him demonstrative disrespect for nothing. but no, the main characters are saints and have never allowed rudeness and disrespect to others, and only John is the worst.
Moscow security forces carried out raids on gay nightclubs, bars and saunas in the city center on Friday night, according to media reports, a day after Russia’s Supreme Court effectively banned the international LGBTQ+ movement in Russia, labeling it an “extremist” organization.
Police searched venues across the Russian capital, including a nightclub, a male sauna, and a bar that hosted LGBTQ+ parties, under the pretext of a drug raid, local media reported. Eyewitnesses said clubgoers’ documents were checked and photographed by the security services.
Ostorozhno Novosti Telegram news channel reported that, on the pretext of searching for drugs, police raided a club on Malaya Yakimanka where a party for the LGBT community was taking place.

DONT STOP TALKING ABOUT IT
A Palestinian father playfully balances his son on his right hand at the beach in Gaza City early one evening.
The coast of Gaza has grown increasingly popular over the years. It had always been a sight for weary eyes but with Israel’s siege denying Gazans the freedom to move, its seemingly endless seascape offers, for many, a very tangible escape, even if only temporal. It has also become a very popular family destination. Entire meals are prepared, served, and eaten here, and it is not uncommon to stay the night, father, son, and all.

The new DRAFT U.N. Resolution, set to be voted on today, calls for:
• ... “urgent and extended humanitarian pauses” in the fighting throughout Gaza and the opening of corridors inside the enclave “for a sufficient number of days to enable full, rapid, safe and unhindered humanitarian access.” • U.N. Secretary General António Guterres to appoint a senior coordinator “with responsibility for facilitating, coordinating, monitoring, and verifying in Gaza, as appropriate, the humanitarian nature” of all assistance, and demands that “the parties to the conflict cooperate with the coordinator to fulfill their mandate without delay or obstruction.” • ... “immediate and unconditional” release of the hostages. It also demands that “all parties to the conflict comply with their obligations under international law ... including with regard to the conduct of hostilities and the protection of civilians and civilian objects.” • It reiterates the council’s “unwavering commitment” to a two-state solution for Israelis and Palestinians and “stresses the importance of unifying the Gaza Strip with the West Bank under the Palestinian Authority.” (12/22/23 | Source: WaPo)
Although the resolution's language was toned down, this is a sign of progress. While such measures are long overdue and should have been honored from the start, we must do everything possible to meet the urgent humanitarian needs in Gaza and relieve unfathomable suffering.
DON'T STOP POSTING. KEEP UP THE PUBLIC PRESSURE. DEFEND HUMAN RIGHTS.
Stay tuned for today's vote.
