I am feeling a little dumb. I don't know why I wasn't sharing my thoughts here as I went through my one piece reread. Oh well.

I'm now caught up to where I last read (Zou). So onto the new!

Thoughts:

Much better than the first movie. Very enjoyable.

The class is adorable working together.

What is with that song during the final final fight? Kinda a buzz kill.

Ending is a little dumb with Bakugo doesn't remember and Midoriya sorta just kept it, we don't know why. Meh. (Yes I know it was supposed to be the end of the whole thing and the. Wasn't, but you could've added a bit more explanation and I don't like the memory loss bit)

Favorite part:

In all seriousness, this is another sign Keigo's going to Do Something. There's something interesting how there was speculation about Hawks getting a quirk back, but he actually has Power he didn't, and I'm fascinated that the wings he saw as a curse but were essential to his identity being removed has basically left him with more agency and ability to help than as a hero. And there's no reason they'd repeat that he's the President with the power to Fix Things (even if it's joked about by one of the most unimaginative and milquetoast characters in this manga) if it was to be discarded.
