If you make a ‘hero’ an abuser (some Batman runs), a pedophile (you know what you did, Hal), a racist, a bigot, an all around terrible person, you haven’t written a hero, you’ve written a bad person who does acts of good occasionally.

the shauna haters are crazyyyyyy for acting like she’s always completely insane and out of line. like i think it’s actually very human to resent your friends for acting all cutesy and happy that they survived the winter when the people you loved the most didn’t! losing her best friend whose death she believed she caused, then having a traumatic birth and losing her baby, not being able to give them proper burials, and being on the edge of starvation through it all..yeah i think i would’ve handled it worse than she did actually
