Notes:
- Hunter being able to flowers from his palistrom hair is definitely not a new idea, not quite sure where it originated from though.
- Lizards eat their shed skin because it still has a lot of nutrients! So basically, Vee’s shed is filled with magic, hence why it just poofs away, and Vee sucks the rest up.
- Also cus of this Vee goes through an emo phase every now and again, cus I said so.

So I read this little fic by @skellebonez and i loved it, so i drew it out about a month ago, meant to come back and clean it up, but idk if I'll ever come back to it, so have some simple sketches of a very funny and sweet fic (seriously go read it if you haven't yet)

Okay so question, I’ve been seeing a lot of post about how red son gets kidnapped a lot during courting season and/or Mei and MK kidnapping by accident or something like but I have a proposal
Mk also getting kidnapped a whole lot during courting because every demon in town thinks he is actually the son of The Great Sage Equal to Heaven.
Like- the demon community doesn’t know that he is actually just some kid who was able to pick up the staff. Not only that, but everyone knows him as Monkey Kid and his monkey feature do not help the accusations of being biologically related to Monkey king. Like what power hungry demon wouldn’t want the suppose heir/son/successor of the Sun Wukong in their court?
And imagine once they see Mk call the Six Eared Macaque dad? They’d go fucking insane! The son of two celestial monkeys? Under their court? Even Heaven would have to listen to them!
Let’s just say the day the demons figure this out, there are 2 major groups:
1. Smart enough to realize that is an awful idea. If MK is the biological son of Wukong and Macaque that means he has both of their power, which means he’d be incredible hard to kidnap. But if they do get to kidnap him, there is a high chance of two celestial monkey knocking at your door along with a dragon, the Prince of the demon bull clan, a chef pig demon, and a surprisingly scary scholar. And if somehow you are able to defeat all of those odds, who says MK will even do as you wish? Too much risk not enough chance of winning
Group 2 on the other looks at the odds and says fuck it and starts making preparations for how to start the courting process
Mk has no idea why he is suddenly getting kidnapped left and right, but after an almost successful kidnapping that involve both him and Red Son getting kidnapped and Mei almost burning down the universe, he complained to Monkey King and Macaque who took matter into their own hands.
No more kidnapping attempts were made on the trio.
Bonus: Mei also got kidnapped once or twice but people quickly find out she’s part of a dragons clan and left her the fuck alone. Not even the samadhi fire is worth getting a whole dragon clan looking for your head.
I FORGOT TO POST THESE- just some quick doodles for Sponge MK getting overloaded. Kinda had an idea of him pulling a Nya and losing all memories once the power takes over.

Alright, so, getting right into it: Macaque doesn’t really see Mk as a person at the start.
It’s “…nothing personal!” because he has no personal connection to Mk at this point. Sure he might think he’s funny, might even enjoy training him in a weird way, he even says he’s a good kid,
but he’s Sun Wukong’s student and a stepping stone to get to his Mentor and nothing more.
