Something crazy

I just find that it’s crazy that when I was little I had a best friend and all I have of her are blurred memories, some photos, and a name. Recently I remembered about my all time best friend from 3rd to 5th grade and it’s just so weird. I remember our sleepovers and our laughs, our secrets and our past, yet I have no idea how she is right now. Or who she is. I don’t even know her last name, or how she looks right now. It makes my heart ache. Does she ever think of me? I’m looking for her on Instagram and can’t find her because I didn’t have a phone back then and planet earth has been spinning for the past six years. My, what I thought, all time bestie is living her life somewhere happily without me. She might not even have Instagram, so the two hours I just spent there were just thrown away. My heart aches that the zoo visits, the movies, the sleepovers, the games, the laughs, and the cries are all just going to be, memories at last. Until our paths meet, we’ll only have bits of each other to keep in our minds, until the grave and beyond.

My friend: Hey, I saw Spider-Man far from home and I actually like Spider-Man and Tom Holland. Sorry I teased you all this time, I actually understand now and can’t wait to see what happens next, after the cliffhanger.
